Description of Work: The service provided wasn't as encompassing as I thought it would be. The agent (professional, courteous, informative) did the basic checking of premises...electrical, water, maintenance, etc. but really didn't have much in the way of suggestions. I felt the 'inspection' was more of a sales promotion of their services for updating systems, etc. What information he provided, I was already aware of. |

Description of Work: New hot water heater with expansion tank and earthquake straps up to code. |Their prices were a bit higher than other bids I got but they were very professional and could come out quickly, which is what I needed. Joe did my work and was efficient and professional. I am happy with their work and would consider them again for other needs.

Description of Work: Installed 6 new windows on the front of my house. I received excellent customer service. Everything they said they would do they did and in the timeframe they stated they would do it in. The installers were very professional and thorough and my sales person stopped by during the install to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a good experience and I will use them to install windows in the back of my house next year.

Description of Work: The only problem that I had with a hot water tank installation was that the electrical connection at the top of the tank did not pass Bellevue inspection. This required a second trip by WES. I got the impression that the first installer was not as well educated in the various code requirements imposed by different municipalities as he should have been. So the project required two trips by the propvider and two inspection trips from City of Bellevue.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. We needed new duct work since the house did not have air conditioning before. They did a good job, the new unit is great and you can hardly notice the new vents they put in. We did have to email twice afterwards to ask when the permits would arrive so we could do the inspection and they did not email back, but they eventually arrived in the mail. The work was great though.
