Description of Work: Our old gas fireplace insert was not working. The technician examined everything, traced wires and spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately the problem is not permanently repairable due to the unit's age, but it is working now.

Description of Work: They installed a AC unit. There was a lot of miscommunication in there team requiring multiple visits and revisions. In the end it was installed properly, but not a smooth process or the best price.

Description of Work: By far the most outrageous bid in the group of 5. The individual who came out to give the bid went through the drill, provided the numbers, wasn't engaged and had no interest in making the sale. I felt he was paid by the hour and didn't care if his company got the business or not.

Description of Work: Compared to Clean Crawls, this company had an unbelieveably high bid. On top of that, the rep who came out, didn't even crawl under the house. He just bent down, took a look and gave me the estimate.
