Description of Work: We had the windows and sliding door in the lower level of our home replaced. Every person on the team - from the sales rep to the installers, to the customer support folks who checked in on our satisfaction was friendly, professional, courteous, competent and conscientious. The quality of the product as well as the installation was superb. We were also surprised that everyone showed up on time for every scheduled meeting. That's rare these days.

Description of Work: Replaced large tank heater with a tankless including utilizing existing re-circulation line so we now have instant, endless hot water. Gave a small credit for the new-construction installed traditional hot water heater I would have liked to have seen a little better wrap job on the pipes and the drain line needed a little bracing after the fact, but both easily and cheaply remedied. Very professional team and the work was completed on time and for the quoted price.

Description of Work: We had a new front door installed by Washington energy services. They were not the cheapest but a friend had recommended them. The door was missing a cosmetic ledge, this was not realized until after it was installed. It ended up not being a problem because the door was still beautiful and the company reimbursed me the charge for the ledge. After the door was installed I noticed that the threshold, which was also new had a big ding in it. They ended up having to come out and completely take out the door and frame in order to replace the threshold. Then after a couple weeks I noticed my door handle was askew. This ended up being an issue with the fact that when the handle was originally installed they did not bolt the base of the handle from the interior of the door. Ultimately the door looks beautiful but I'm giving them a b rating because I had to call them out numerous times to fix things. Also because I ended up having to touch up the paint on my door due to the fact that the handle was inproperly installed and had moved and scratched my front door.

Description of Work: They installed an electric hybrid hot water heater. I like dealing with this company. They showed up on time, they were courteous and polite. They were very hard working! When issues arose, they were diligent at resolving them.

Description of Work: The first time I dealt with them was for an energy audit of my home. That was part of a deal they had at the Seattle Home Show. They showed up on-time and were very professional, courteous, and entertaining. The process was very thorough and the report was very informative. The only thing that was confusing is when you get the report, they also mention if you get other services from them, you get a discount. I thought the discount was on any of their services, but it turns out it was limited. However, they delivered the report well and it was very helpful.

Description of Work: They installed an electric heat pump and electric furnace. The teams were courteous, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and dog friendly. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to overcome obstacles. I would recommend a site survey done before contracting. The system works fine and they also assisted with the SnoPUD rebate.
