WES unavailable.
Description of Work: Heat pump went down during cold Seattle temperatures, Sub freezing for over 5 days. My pipes are at risk of freezing (had to run water) and WES was unable to send emergency or regular service for over 6 days. Beyond unacceptable, and DANGEROUS to not have any type of service available. WED also originally installed heat pump.
