It went very well. The equipment runs well. Nothing out of the ordinary has happened with it.

An Angie's List deal from Washington Energy Services was not what it claimed to be. I was not able to have my fireplace serviced for the quoted price. I would recommend that WES be more straightforward about what is, and what isn't, covered in their deals. Didn't really know how to rate this as I didn't have any work done, but I was not pleased that I couldn't use the service I had bought. So I give them an A for promptness in contacting me and setting up an appt, but they failed the service part. So I took an average for their grade.

Service person came said the fire place required parts and he could not service the fire place so nothing as done to it

I am on a two visit service plan. They are not cheap but they do the work. They are responsive. They call to make sure the schedule is good. They call when they are on their way and arrive on time. They perform their work as expected and look for things that can be repaired as preventative maintenance.

The project went very well. The work was carefully and meticulously completed. Great job!

It was under a service agreement, it was like the third year of a service agreement. They been very responsive and the quality of the products. The quality has been real good. They've been really good. They're really helpful. If you have any questions or any problems they take the time to explain things.

They've always been great! Very honest and helpful, not just trying to sell me things.

Come on time ( did alot got his name forgot it) did work neatly, cleaned up afterwards. Explained use very pleasant. Would use again. Did our last water heater.

Washington Energy Services did a great job and were very professional but they used an electrical subcontractor that we would not recommend. In addition to the hassles created by the electrician it also added an additional cost to us that was quite substantial. Washington Energy did reimburse us for a portion of the extra cost but it still cost us more than we had anticipated.

The installation crew showed up as scheduled and quickly removed old windows, installed new windows, and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me how to operate the new windows which included how to tip in for cleaning, how to remove the screens for cleaning, and provided me with warranty information.

2 trucks 6 men to do all gas & electric work. Amazing job!

He did a wonderful job. Completely took apart the fireplace and cleaned each piece including the fake logs. The took the glass completely out of the frame and cleaned in also. He kept the area spotless and now the fireplace looks like new.

Their installer arrived on time and did an excellent installation job. The work performed was extremely profesional and completed in one day as promised. After completion, the contractor cleaned everything up and check all equipment to make certain it was working properly. He then showed me how to utilize remotes and explained the operation of the equipment. Warranties were explained and I was advised that Washington Energy would be back after one year to check all equipment at no cost to the owner.

I probably would use them again. They were good. I would just suggest they double check what they are doing because there was 1 or 2 little things they had to come back to adjust.

They were easy to schedule the appointment. They came 6 hours late from the scheduled appointment. The guy doing the service spends 45 minutes cleaning and then can't start the fireplace/pilot light. He tells me then he isn't licensed to make any repairs he can only clean the fireplace. The scheduler calls me the next day says you purchased a maintenance service not a service service, like I should have know there was a difference. To send a service man to make the repair was $99 just to come out and assess the situation, then they would tell me the cost of the service repair. The first guy wasn't trained to do that although when he was here he said it is one of two things that is wrong. he also said this service is the service they get the most complaints about because of the consumer not knowing what they bought.

Went very well-- the kitchen has a garden window and sliding glass door and two windows in the bedroom. Washington Energy Services came out and provided an estimate and did a great job with installation. I am definitely going to use them to replace the rest of my windows as well as replace my fireplace.

This was easy from my first phone call to set the initial appointment. The quote was the lowest of the three I got due to a promotion, making the decision easy. The only issue was the email confirming the installation was off by a week, so I had to be available the following week (not a problem as I'm retired, but this could be an issue for others). The installation went smoothly and I was shown the new thermostat and how to operate it. The initial run showed it to work much better than the old unit, so I'm gonna be happy this winter as my wife will be more comfortable.

We purchased two exterior doors through Wa. Energy Services. Loni was our customer service manager, and showed up to show us their products and explain the pros and cons of each material: steel, fiberglass and wood. He informed us that a technician would be out to take the specific measurements in a week and that he would be there to assist and answer anymore questions we had. And that it would be 6-8 weeks for the door to be made, because we chose fiberglass. When the day came for installation, they called stating they'd be 30 late (traffic) and arrived within the new time. 2 men showed up and worked like bees and installed them both before 1 pm! They both were native English speakers, so they understood when I told them I wanted them to install one door at a time because I didn't want my cat to escape outside, rather than what they originally planned which was each to work separately. No complaints from them. They called Loni and he arrived at 1 to check that everything was picked up and clean and that we were happy with the finished product (which we were). The entire process was made very pleasant by their professional demeanor and they even recycled the doors for us.

It took 2 days to complete the job, and there were 2 crews working on the first day and 1 on the second. All the workers were on time, very kind, respectful, and professional. On the second day, they were stuck in traffic and called me directly to let me know about their delayed arrival; I don't usually get that from contractors, and I appreciated that 20 second phone call update. They were also friendly to talk to and they paid attention to in interior of our home, setting up lots of furniture/walking pads and plastic and vacuuming and cleaning up. All the work was done efficiently, and they did great work. Crews worked until about 2:30-3:00 pm each day. We are very happy with the service we received. Upon arrival on the first day, they told us that 1 IGU had been damaged in shipment, and that they immediately submitted an order for a replacement piece. Although the services were performed today and yesterday, we have used WES in the past and know that we are able to call them with anything we may need going forward. We have high, blindless, windows in an entryway that turn our home into an oven when the sun sets in the west...and on the same day as installation of the IGUs, we noticed a significant difference in the amount of heat in our entryway: there was none! The 3 coats of LowE were beneficial on day 1. With the job completed, we notice a huge difference in the amount of heat that remains OUTSIDE during the day. The front of our home is no longer an oven in August evenings!!! The idea is to increase energy efficiency by keeping warm air in in the winter, and keeping cool air cool and inside in the summer. So far, we are super thrilled after a great installation. Obviously, this does not touch on any long term results, but with our pleasant dealings with this company, we are not worried at this point. We still have 1 more IGU to be installed, but they will contact us after the piece is produced. We had 2 French doors that seemed to give them a rough time since the glass was glued in. The crew knew how to handle this feat, even when a tool was not reliable; they moved along "the old fashioned way" and the doors look great! They did have to shatter 1 window to remove it from the French door, and I do wish that there was a more thorough clean up of the broken glass from our deck (I ended up cutting my foot on some pieces, and we have a dog that obviously doesn't wear shoes and lays down out on the deck, etc.), but they did vacuum up the areas that I asked them to take care of before they left; I just found a whole lot more shards of glass after they cleaned up their equipment and left. They were honest about if we had issues involving our new windows, that we could call them and they'd come back and take care of them. Overall, we look forward to the future with our new windows and glass!
