I CALLED AND A REPRESENTATIVE MET WITH US. HE SHOWED US THE PRODUCT. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH WHAT THEY OFFERED. THE INSTALLATION WAS REALLY QUICK AND THEY DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS. WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS AND THEY GAVE US AN 8% GIFT CARD TO THE BON MARCHE.

SINCE THIS WAS THE SAME COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE FURNACE, I CALLED THEM TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. THE SERVICE MAN FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND REPLACED THE WORN OUT PART, THE CONDENSATE PUMP.

OVERALL WE WERE SATISFIED WITH OUR 2 SETS OF FRENCH DOORS. (THEY LOOK VERY NICE) IT DID TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO GET THE DOORS BUILT AND INSTALLED. WE USED THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULD INSTALL ALL THE WINDOWS THE SAME WAY BUT WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DID THE WORK THEY INSTALLED THE ONES IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE DIFFERENT FROM THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO DAMAGED THE INTERIOR MOLDING AROUND SOME OF THE WINDOWS. THE SALESMAN WAS LATE AND TOTALLY MISSED AN APPOINTMENT AND HE WAS VERY HIGH PRESSURE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AGAIN.
