They damaged my tiles on the bottom of the windows and all the drywall were crack above the windows. The window in my living was defective and can t be shut correctly. The service guy, Jerry, came did a bad cut on the plastic strip so the window will shut. I asked for replacement, then Jerry measured the window and he didn't even measured it correctly, the window came in half inch shorter in width when it came. Jerry came to installed the window because they couldn't t find anyone to do the work so he had to come (he doesn't do installation). After they put the window up in the living, I could see through the outside between the big gaps on both side of the window. They just put the foam insulation between the gaps. They took out one piece of L-sharp siding during the installation which is located between the siding and the window and they didn't put it back on. I question about it and they said I don t need it and they didn't put my siding back.

They showed up on time, and took care of everything quickly. When I went downstairs I expected a big mess but they cleaned up well. Id use them again and recommend them to others!

He came promptly and was able to do the repair right away. The man was very pleasant and seemed to do a good job. He also turned the lights off in the basement for me after doing the work. Which was very considerate. David, was the technician that they sent out.

The workers were great. Salesman was outstanding. However, the county inspector was great returning all my calls and made me aware when he would do the inspection. The workers were neat and organized.

The product is good, and overall, we're happy with the end result. The process was horrible. We were promised by the sales rep. that our project would be done in early June (it was April when we signed the contract), and it was finished in August. They had one worker on the job, and he did a pretty nice job. Some spaces between boards are bigger than others, clearly though WA Energy is more comfortable with vinyl.

Technician polite and pleasant and professional - had to crawl under house in a tight area, not the greatest experience, I'm sure - but he remained pleasant.

My wife and son are both allergic to dogs - you can imagine our dismay to find a lot of dog hair in the ducts. Washington Energy came out, and they were prompt, polite, and quick. They had to stop a couple of times to unclog the vacuum (there really was a lot of dog hair).

The rep was unprofessional and very difficult to deal with, missed appointments was not prepared with information and filled out estimate form when we finally did meet. Assured us he would fast track job. It took him 7 weeks to get us estimate and contract, then we were promised the job would be started in two weeks and completed in one week after start. 8 weeks later we were still not on schedule. I had to call the vp of operations, who did not respond to my voice mail. Called again and told him the situation, mind you they had already cashed the upfront 50% check. He said he would remove Ed from the job and we dealt directly with the foreman Dan. He was much better to work with. The workers were pretty good although they damaged tile in the entry way and destroyed 3 large plants. The job was finally completed in mid April this year. Our first meeting with WES was on September 8, 2005. There were many mistakes along the way, too numerous to mention here. I would not recommend WES.

They were 2 weeks late on install. Then complete order was wrong. They installed wrong windows and reordered. This time they were 4 weeks late on re-install. Install went in pretty fast. Okay on outside work, as we are going to paint anyway. The new casings they put on did not cover the ones they tore off and I had to paint. This was not agreed on. They had problems plumbing the door and it still is not a great fit. I have to keep the bolt on or it blows open. I have more windows to do and I'm looking for another company. Although I do love the windows themselves.

The doors look very nice and provide a much better entry and exit. The double doors open to allow easy access for furniture etc. The glass is much more attractive. Job was performed as expected.

They did a very good job except for needing to return to correct a code deficiency for electrical work. They responded quickly to the inspectors findings.

WE HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THEY HAVE REPLACED AND REPAIRED DOZENS OF HOT WATER HEATERS FOR US. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICING. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO EMERGENCIES.

WAS HAPPY WITH HOW QUICK THEY COMPLETED THE WORK. I AM A LITTLE UNPLEASED WITH THE FURNACE ITSELF. IT IS A LESS POWERFUL MODEL THAN I WOULD LIKE. WE HAVE ALSO HAD 3 SERVICE CALLS IN THREE YEARS DUE TO THE IGNITER SWITCH BURNING OUT. EVERYTHING WE HAVE TO CALL, IT IS $80.00. I THINK THEY SHOULD OFFER SERVICE PLANS THAT YOU CAN SUBSCRIBE TO.

WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. MY DRYER VENT COVER OUTSIDE CRUMBLED IN THE TECHNICIAN'S HAND WHEN HE REMOVED IT, BUT HE STILL CAME BACK LATER AND REPLACED IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH FOR A TOWNHOUSE, THERE IS A FLAT RATE NO MATTER THE SIZE.

THE WORKERS AT WASHINGTON ENERGY SERVICE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO NOT MAKE A BIG MESS WHEN REMOVING THE OLD FURNACE AND INSTALLED THE NEW FURNACE AND TESTED IT, REATTACHED IT TO DUCT WORK AND ALSO APPLIED FOR LOCAL CITY PERMITS.

WE WERE VERY DISPLEASED. THIS ONE DAY JOB TOOK TWO PLUS DAYS. THE WORKERS LEFT DOORS OPEN REPEATEDLY, TRACKED DIRT IN ON THE CARPETS AND COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW BAD THE OLD SYSTEM WAS. THE NEW FURNACE DID NOT WORK AFTER INSTALLATION, THE BUILDING INSPECTOR HAD TO RETURN A SECOND TIME, AND THE FURNACE HAD TO BE REPAIRED AGAIN A WEEK LATER WHEN A PART BROKE DOWN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS AND OUR REPRESENTATIVE WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY DURING INSTALLATION, SO THERE WAS NO ONE TO VENT TO.

THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL IN MANNER AND QUALITY OF WORK. THEY GOT THE PROPER PERMITS, SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY STATED THEY WOULD AND INSTALLED A QUALITY PRODUCT.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I HAD SPECIAL REQUESTS AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT THEIR WORK AND VERY OPEN. THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE JOB I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE ON A NEW HEATER AND PERFORMED THE JOB EFFICIENTLY AND WITHOUT HASSLES.

THEY HAD TO REMOVE OLD FURNACES AND INSTALL TWO NEW ONES. IT WAS NOT A DIFFICULT JOB. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG. I THINK IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR HOURS FOR EACH FURNACE. THE WORK THEY DID, WAS WORTH THE PRICE THAT I PAID.

IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. I HAVE GONE BACK TO THEM A SECOND TIME AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE. HOPEFULLY I WILL BE SO AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE A FIRST CLASS SERVICE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE JOB WAS WORTH THE PRICE, AND IF I NEED THEM, I WILL HAVE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR FURNACE INSPECTION EVERY YEAR FOR 9 YEARS. THEIR SERVICE HAS IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. USUALLY WE ARE CALLED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS INSTALLED IN OUR HOME. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS HELPFUL THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE INSTALLATION DID A GREAT JOB.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND INSTALLATION OF THE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. IT WAS DONE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. IT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE DONE IT SOONER.
