The sales rep was very professional and punctual. He was also very honest and straight forward. From the start it was a good experience. The installation crew arrived on time as promised. There work was impeccable. They covered the floors and cleaned up all mess. They were very respectful of our needs. They gave a reasonable time line in which the work was to be done. We will be using them again in the future for additional work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The estimate was in the middle of the other quotes we got. They were not pushy at all, and I liked that. They gave us good information about the product. They were honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did drop a window and break it, but they replaced it within a timely fashion. I would use them again in the future, however we did expect to have more energy savings than we did from the windows.

The person they sent out for the estimate was punctual, professional and explained everything in detail, so that I could make an informed decision whether to go tankless or not. The estimate was done on a Saturday and the installers came the next Monday morning. They did everything professionally and in a timely manner. The installed tankless heater works as advertised and I am completely satisfied with the overall installation.

They were excellent. They came out when they said they were going to, they were very careful of the plants and they were just all around good. I would use them again for other services.

I received a number of bids to see who I could find. I received very good recommendations from other people that used Washington Energy Services. The thing that I really liked best about them was they didn't try to sell me any extras, they just provided me with what I wanted. While researching as well I found their product was far superior than that of others. Because I have an older home the windows had to be retrofitted. They had to do some special bracing which a lot of other companies would not even do. I feel my product will now out last some of the others in the field. They also have a really fine, financing program and they were able to work with me. This work was done when it was cold outside and they accommodated us as much as possible to keep us warm. They were just fantastic!

Easy and very professional. Salesman came to the house with catalogs of available doors, I chose what I wanted, he gave me the quote, I signed and gave him the deposit. I was told it would take 30 days to make the custom doors and they were right on. It took one day to install all the doors and I love them!

I called to get bid on replacing 4 windows. They gave me tentative date/time but said they would have to verify it and get back to me. I haven't heard from them and the date has come and gone. I hired another company.

The prompt service was excellent, and Andy made good progress with the rickety old furnace and proved to be well-equipped with parts even for an twenty-something year old furnace. Im also grateful for his warnings, backed up by the company representative later, that this service is about the most a furnace that old warrants, and not to throw more money into it. They neither pressed me to buy a furnace nor tried to milk a long series of repairs, so good for them.

We had an old electric furnace and it was breaking down. We had them install a new gas high-efficiency furnace. I called a couple of different places and had several estimates. This company had the best price, and did a good job. There was a small issue with promptness, as occasionally I would call with a question, and the rep would wait until the next day to get back with me.

On our initial call, Bob asked how old the furnace was, and immediately switched over to selling me a new furnace, sight unseen. It is 13-years old, and the company that later DID perform the service told me the furnace is fine and would likely do well for another 5+ years. Bob asked no questions about how the furnace was working; just started selling. Ill never use WES.

Not a happy story from the beginning. Installer and assistant arrived but assistant who had been drinking, walked off in the first hour. Replacement worker showed up couple hours later. I have nice things to say about that person and the installer. In the afternoon before the furnace was installed but had been staged discovered they had substituted a less efficient furnace. I protested, they showed me the contract which had been altered. I showed them my canary copy proving the actual product. Then the office said they could not install the efficient furnace. I had them take back furnace and just do gas piping. In the end they refunded all money. At the time of this writing the gas pipe FAILED inspection and WES is scheduled to redo work. Ballard Natural Gas ultimately installed the furnace for me and they did a great job.

Their rate was really overpriced and ludicrous. I believe it was $8 -$9,000. We ended up going with a company referred to us by Puget Sound Energy. The referral's price was less than $5000.00.

They were so expensive; I could not believe it. I was just not interested at all because they were so unbelievably high. They were very nice and very pleasant, but the price was outrageous. I ended up going to a friend and got them done that way. I am not sure exactly what the quote was, but it was definitely over $20,000. It was ridiculous.

Their work was outstanding. I was able to witness most of the installation process. They were very personable and answered any questions that I had for them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They were very smart workers as they had to re-wire a lot of things and they had everything done very fast. It didn t cost very much to have done as I was actually kind of surprised at the cost of it. I would highly recommend this company.

I had no complaints at all with this company as they were excellent through the whole thing. They gave me really good ideas about everything and they stayed on top off their work. The service providers really know what they are doing and I enjoyed working with them.

Their estimate was $1000 higher than their nearest competitor. I did not choose them based on their high pricing along with their unprofessional approach. During my conversation with the salesperson, he spoke poorly of his competitors. They run television advertisements. My experience with them is very poor as they attempt a high pressure sale in a very uneasy way. They try to show a clean approach but it comes off very negative.

I didn t do a lot of shopping around, but I was very pleased with what I got. They were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and I would recommend them to other people any time. They did the work well and were incredibly flexible. I also liked the fact that they didn t offer me anything that wasn t needed just so that they could make a sale. They were professional.

When they came to my home to install the fire place they were totally unprepared and unprofessional. They messed everything up and got here late as well. They seemed very inexperienced and were not sure on where or how to install everything. I told them to leave because I did not trust them to do the work after I seen the way they were getting everything ready for insulation. There was no cost to me because I had someone else install it for me. They were going to charge me $3,500 for the work.

They have always done wonderful work as I have called on their services before. They are punctual, professional, and I just can t speak highly enough about them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
