I didn't even realize Washington Energy services did plumbing until they came out to work on my furnace. I asked the Field manager what the cost was to get an estimate for work would be and he told me it was free. That sold me on the spot since i have called a multitude of plumbers over the last 6 months and they all quoted 200 to 500 dollars just to come and look to see what the problem was and it was all pressure that if I didn't give them the job i would lose my money. So hearing that this was free I told him to please have someone call me and get them out here. Marcus came out on Thursday (i think?) and I went through with him my multitude of plumbing issues after going over everything he put together an estimate, (I was guessing 3k or more since most plumbers were quoting me 200 to 500 per hour and this was going to be at least 6 hrs) so when he came back with half that cost i ok'd the job. Marcus returned on Monday to tackle all of my issues, he was very proffessional from beginning to the end. Main thing he was very patient with my dogs who had to check up on him and give him a tongue bath also he went out of his way to let the inspector in while I had to run a quick errand. He went through and showed me what he was doing, he made sure I was happy with the sinks and faucets he picked out. He was very thorough and very meticolus about his work he even cleaned my counters for me after the sink install. Poor guy though he didn't realize how bad the pipes were going to be in the crawl space these were done before we moved in by a non-licensed plumber. But Marcus was able to get the job done and now all connections I know will stay strong and we won't have to worry about them for a long time. All in all I am definetly using Marcus again, I have several other mini plumbing projects that need to be done in the future. If you want quality work done call them and you will not be dissapointed.

We had originally ok'd the job with Bobs Heating, but they were real busy due to the weather and sent their sister company washington Energy services. The guys were prompt and came earlier than scheduled which worked great since we had been without heat for awhile. The guys that came out were proffessional, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable that the job was being done right. It was nice since Bobs couldn't do the work they sent out one of their Field managers to make sure job was being done right and that I knew that bobs had officially sent them out. He even inspected their work to make sure all was good. Great people to work with will definetly use them again in the future.

The experience was good overall. They were very responsive. The work took a few hours, and the cost included removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Everything went well.

We noticed a gas spell coming from our tankless hot water venting and called the city to inspect. They detected high levels of CO and natural gas so they turned off our gas. I immediately contacted several tankless water heater repair companies but Washington Energy Services was able to send a tech out by 3PM the next day so I decided to use them. Their repair tech, Burt, actually arrived early and was able to restore gas to our home, and heat and hot water. However he found that the system was not installed correctly - wrong size PVC pipes and faulty venting - so we had another crew come out the next day to give us an estimate on the repair. When the actual work was done Adrien was our repair tech and he was wonderful. Adrien started the work on the 4th and completed everything on the 5th. Everyone we worked with at this company was from the person who answered their phones to the techs who did the work were professional, knowledgeable, great to work with and provided excellent customer service. They were also very sensitive to our needs and the urgency of our situation as being without heat or hot water in January is not a pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend them and will absolutely use them again for further plumbing, heating or water heater issues.

This job went great from start to finish. The sales rep who came to the house was very helpful in chosing he right model for our home. He set things up with the installation crew, who came on a Saturday which saved me from taking a day off work. That was great. The installers were right on time, did a great job, cleaned up properly, took some time to show me how to use and maintain the furnace and were then out the door when they said they would be. I've had good follow up after the job and just had my free one year tune up. Overall, a very positive experience.

I have been trying since October to get them out here. They have been awful about responding; they have been so disorganized. The cleaning on the one was fine but their follow up was bad. They were supposed to order some parts for our fireplace and we have yet to see it.

It seems like everything is fine now. I think the service man did everything he could do. He suggested we call our power company and see if there is any problems with the power coming to the house. So, we called them and they came out within an hour. They opened up the meter box and there were problems with it. When they opened up the meter box there was a large bare wire which was a 1/4 of an inch from starting a fire outside. We then had to get an electrician to fix that. Their was a wire busted on the transformer also and they installed a new transformer. The electrician fixed that. Then they had to turn the power back on from the electric company. It turned out well. It's been about a week and a half and it seems to be doing fine. We used our extended warranty. It worked out well for us. They really stuck behind us this last time, but I was not impressed before. When I go to have this unit replaced I will be looking elsewhere.

I had made an appointment for estimates on replacement windows. Over two hours after our appointment I got a phone call from the rep. saying she got held up and could she still come? After I said yes it quickly became apparent that she didn't want to come out and was angling for a reason to reschedule. I would have been happier if she had just been up front about wanting to reschedule in the first place. I initially agreed but called back later and cancelled.

Washington Energy Services came out to give me a bid on re-siding my house. The rep was on time and polite. As we started walking around the house I mentioned that I had received other bids, and gave the rep the general range of costs I'd been given by other contractors. At that point the rep said there was no way they could come close to the other bids that I received, thanked me for asking them for a bid, and left. The rep didn't even give me an estimate...I thought this was a little strange, but in the end I'm happy they didn't waste my time with a bid that wasn't going to be selected. The whole encounter lasted less than 10 minutes. I gave a C rating because obviously their price would have been much higher than what was needed to do the job.

It was excellent. I'm very very satisfied.

The installers called both days and gave me the appoximate time they would arrive., They were polite, considerate, and kept me informed of the progrees of the project. They put down floor protection and kept the mess to a minimum. They brought in their own vacuum to keep it clean. They patched the drywall but they do not do the finish work (texture and paint) but i understood that from the start. The window and door are reallly nice looking, good quality, as are the windows they installed in my house several years ago. I was also reminded that if i ever had any problems with my windows previously installed, they would take care of any failures. I will be giving this company my business again.

WES was able to give me a quick estimate over the phone, and I chose them because they gave the most details in the bid regarding expansion tank, permits, and they earthquake strap it, as well as the lowest price. The were able to come out the next day. The technician was a bit later than the time frame they gave, but once he arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He first diagnosed the piping for gas leaks, and although an earlier bid recommended I replace the pipes, he was able to correct by tightening and sealing. He then replaced the water heater, expansion tank, and earthquake strapped it. He worked well and it was a very smooth process.

They were very professional so I entered into a service contract for the next three years. They will be coming out annually to make sure everything is running correctly.

We really liked that they came in and just did it the next day. They are very close by. It was very easy and convenient. Their price was in line with everybody else, but we thought that it was high.

This was a major project. They were really good. They had a third person who was a point of contact and helped us through deciding on the type of siding, colors, and what not. They were recommended by our neighbors across the street that had a similar project done. I did not interact with them at all, but my wife did a little bit, but I think that they were nice enough. I would tell others that I think that they are a really good company and I would recommend them. I was happy with them and happy with the turn out. They could have probably been a little cheaper, but they did a good job.

The person was very courteous and persistent with tracking things down. It was just regular service. I would certainly recommend them. They did a good job.

They were way high. I contacted them because they had sent an ad with my power bill. They were not qualified to do the business because their price was too high.

Overall we were very happy with the job that they did. We had to have them come back out to do some service work but it wasn't that big a deal. It was just that they had to come back out to do a couple of things to make it operate the way it was supposed to operate. I liked everything they did. They were very courteous. They came out when we called them to come back to out for the follow up. They cleaned up well after themselves. For this kind of a furnace, just the installation had to be just perfect otherwise it wasn't going to function like it should and that was the reason why they had to come out about 3 times because the venting had to be adjusted. But they were always very responsive.

Excellent work. A few minor issues following initial installation. Follow-up appointment cleared everything up. Looks great.

They seemed fine. I think that they contract their own to manufacture the windows as opposed to using one of the big names or something like that, yet at the same time they were pricier than everyone else.

The salesperson came at the appointed time and walked us through the choices and pricing. The price was very good. We got to see an actual sample of the door with the color that we chose. The next representative came at the appointed time to measure and went out of his way to kill a very giant spider than had crawled under the door when I removed the weather stripping. I was very thankful for that because it was right next to my hand. It was a huge spider. The installers protected the floors and were respectful of the fact that we were in the house. They didn't play loud music or anything. They did a very nice job and we liked how they looked. The kick plate wasn't there so they called the shop to verify it was there and guaranteed that it would be installed the next day, which it was. The salesman came back and took pictures and made sure that we were happy with the product and installation. We are very pleased. We bought fiberglass energy doors and it was a great price because they were having a sale. The price of the two doors was less than what we had gotten a quote on before for one door. We were very pleased with the service and the price.
