William Martinez called to say he would be 10 minutes late. Arrive 9 minutes later! Following introductions he interviewed us and then began detailed home inspection! Was efficient, effective, thorough, and friendly. His summary with visuals was excellent.

First of all the sales person that came to the house was JJ Stefani, He was great. He was personable, knowledgeable and seemed to really like his job and the company he worked for. I got the things at a reasonable price and good financing.Everything went well with the installation with only one hitch. I guess it wasn't relayed to the installers that they needed to do the trim to match the windows I had previously installed. They didn't have the supplies on the truck so they came out the next business day and finished the job. I love my new windows and ductless heat pump with air conditioning. My sliding glass door had been fogged up since we moved in, in 2000. I think that they really enhance the look of the house, not to mention the resale value. Thanks Washington Energy Services we will tell everyone about your great product and service. I almost forgot to mention that this was a mobile home and they had to get an alteration permit through L&I, which they did. I just wished the other contractor and plumber for my other project would have been as diligent, but that is for a different review. Thanks Don Horton Bonney Lake, WA.

Joe arrived on time, as did the electrician, and work was done efficiently. Very friendly.

They were very professional and efficient. They are expensive but they have quality product.

They were overpriced and offered a lesser quality than the other companies we looked up. We had used them in the past when we had some natural gas work and they were fine but for this job, their product wasn't that good.

Went great! Cory came out, was very punctual (even called beforehand to say he was on his way). Went over everything that he'd be doing. Went in crawl space and attic, ran blower test and showed us with thermal heat gun just how hot our attic was and where we had leaks, allowing hot and cold air into the house. There was only about 3 inches of original insulation in attic from when house was built in 1967. Because we have family coming from out of town, our follow up appointment isn't until the 18th, at which time Steve will go over full report, and we will discuss adding new insulation which will take us from the current R9 to and R49. And we will discuss a solar attic fan at that time as well.

We couldn't be any happier with the service, quality, professionalism and support from the beginning (Sales person John Koontz) to the end. All crews were super professional, on time and very responsive. Especially the insulation work was very challenging because of limited access to our attic and crawlspace. We have a rambler with a very large but narrow crawlspace. The crew was super and did a quality job. Again, very professional, on time, responsive, very nice and competent employees well representing their company. Although, WES tends to be a little bit more than some of their competitors, the quality work they do is well worth the extra money. After the positive experience with the water heater installation, this job confirmed that we have chosen the right partner for our projects. Also, the interaction with their office was very good. Professional and responsive staff. We will strongly consider WES for future projects and can highly recommend them.

They bid out the most expensive Navier tankless water heater on the market with no other options. We had several questions since this type of water heater is new to us. It was obvious they were not fully educated in the tankless. I have done research online to get a better understanding of the advantages with these units and the cost to install so when they bid it at $7,500.00 I was stunned. I am sure they did not give me their business card when they realized I caught them overcharging. Obviously we did not go with their bid. Another company bid out the same Navier tankless water heater fully installed @ $4,100.00. The new company explained in detail the difference between several types of tankless water heaters so we had all the info needed to make the right decision for us. $3,400 overcharge is disgusting. I will never call Washington Energy Service for any quotes. They need to do a better job of screening contractors they send out to the customer.

It was unbelievable. It was very expensive however; they did more than they were supposed to do installing the generator. What happened was, they had to go underneath the house in the crawl space to access the vents and they noticed that our vents were not even hooked up properly, so the heat and air conditioning was going into the crawl space instead of our home. They didn’t even charge us to fix that. They normally don’t do that but they did it and at no charge, so I was pretty impressed with. It was between $8000 and $10000 for the generator install. They were reasonably priced and very efficient and professional on the job. They went above and beyond what they came here to do. The vent job probably would have cost us hundreds of dollars. I don’t know if any other company would do that at no charge.

Experience was great. They completed work in the time frame indicated.

(Bob the plumber was on time and reasonably priced but he was too chatty) From sales (Steve Cloutier) to the appointment setters, to the critical measures (Kevin) to the installers (Gerardo & Jeremy) top notch. No hard sell from Steve. He worked with us for weeks to get us to the $ AMT we needed without sacrificing any quality. The product is beautiful. The installers were always on time very professional and cleaned up everything every day.

I am happy with everything they have done so far. They had to retrofit everything for our older system. In addition to all of this, they did an energy efficiency check to see where we were losing heat and conditioned air. The audit was professional with a full report, this allowed us to pick and choose the areas we wanted to mitigate. They have been very conscientious about making sure the job is done right, I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt, they got the job done in a reasonable timeframe, and they did a great job. I will probably use them again.

The company, from sales to scheduling to install, seemed very interested in working to meet my expectations. They really went above and beyond, offering to create a custom surround for me when the standard surround dimensions seemed like they wouldn't work. They were patient and careful. The crew returned a second time to make sure the insert was installed in an esthetically pleasing way. They were great!

Cory Tobin arrived promptly to do an extensive energy audit of our home. He explained what he was looking for, showed us the results of the thermal imaging, identified potential problems, identified good qualities in our home and gave some suggestions as to what we might want to do. He was so thorough and knowledgeable and efficient. JJ Stefani did the follow up. He called to let us know that he was on his way. He presented WES findings intelligently and without high pressure sales techniques. He gave us options and listened to our concerns. Both reps were very professional, used no persuasive hype to get us to do business with WES and have given us time to make up our mind as to what we want to do. I really like the way they do business.

Their staffs are great, helpful and friendly.

Technician arrived well dressed, he would not go under the house to check the crawl space. I don't know if it was because I am a woman but I felt like he was using scare tactics on me to get me to have the services performed and then the cost was astronomical (12,000.00). I talked to my male neighbor and was told that the service I was quoted was not even feasible and that by just having insulation on the foundation walls and new visquine down would not take away the need for insulation in the joists between the flooring.

Our existing furnace and water heater were around 20 years old and just about inoperable. We chose to upgrade the furnace to an HVAC system and upgrade the distribution panel from 125 amp to 200 amp. The water heater was replaced at the same time. Everything was upgraded to all of the newest equipment available. Washington Energy Services knew what needed to be done and performed above and beyond our expectations.

Great overall experience. Started with a very competent Sales person, not pushy at all, competent, on time and very friendly. Price was slightly higher than competition but good impression of sales person and overall package offered by Company convinced us to go with Washington Energy. We interviewed several other companies but were not happy with the sales approach and/or price. WES Sales Person (John Koontz), was very responsive, answered all our questions and was very trustworthy. Great representation for the Company and the most important factor why we decided to go with WES. Scheduling of installation date was seamless with friendly office staff calling and setting up the schedule. Installation day: Crew arrived exactly on time, explained everything in advance, answered all our questions and did a great job to keep us up to speed during the installation. Chris and his colleague were good professionals, very knowledgable and did a great job. Installation completed to our full satisfaction. Great team from Sales all the way to installation. Couldnt be happier with the result and we'll definitely continue to work with Washington Energy Services.
