The guy did a great job, took the time and explained everything that was checked. The buyers inspector thought furnace wasn't working we called these guys again & they showed up the same day & turns out the gas knob was turned off & the guy said he thought that he had turned it back on & was extremely apologetic. Will definitely hire these guys again!

They were very prompt and courteous and the project manager stayed on top the work being done. Work was done quickly and once finished answered all the questions I had after showing me how the new equipment worked. I will be calling them again when it's time to run a gas line for the gas range that I will be purchasing in the future.

Workers called to say that they would be late. The work was performed well, quickly and to expectations. Area was cleaned up well, appearance is nice.

Spoke with Joshua on 4/09/2014 and he was very friendly. Sent me a list of questions to be answered about our current water heater and replied back to him with pictures the next day. He gave me an estimate over the phone, explained any extra that would be needed and why and told me that they had space available that day if we wanted to get it done. He also let me know that it would be best to move things away (we had a washer/dryer that was blocking it in) or they would charge $50, so really happy to know that before rather than after. After reviewing with my spouse, ended up calling him back and scheduling a technician to come out later that day. So for Joshua, I thought he was very personable and helpful. Great representative Rigo (technician) came just around 1:30 also very friendly, checked out our current water heater, and told me what needed to be done. Said it would take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to complete. Another technician showed up for a bit to help out, so in all it took about 1 1/2 hours. Also, he checked the expansion tank and told me that it was in fact still good, but he recommends changing it every time you change the heater. Joshua already had spoken to me about this, but was nice that I was told and given the option. Went ahead and replaced it anyway. Rigo was very professional, got everything in a timely manner and was friendly to boot. I have used Washington Energy Services before and would recommend them again. Have always gotten great customer service and stellar quality work.

Don/salesperson: friendly but not pushy. Scheduler called when Don said they would. Installers came out as planned. They were courteous, competent and finished work within given time frame.

Craig was polite and professional. I was very comfortable with his work. He explained everything so that I understood his findings.

Our furnace went out and we called Washington Energy Services to get an estimate for replacement. They were busy, but Sam Lemme said that when the customer is out of heat, they try to get to it right away. He called back later that day and said that Jason Larson could be out the next day to describe options and provide estimates. Jason arrived on time, provided a good deal of helpful information and estimates for three options we were interested in. We obtained estimates from three other companies and searched the web for reviews of products and organizations. We called Jason back and finalized the deal. Candice Hendricksen expedited the installation date and was great to work with. Rick Michaelson, lead installer, and Josh arrived on time. They carefully removed the old furnace and installed the new one professionally. Rick made sure the new furnace and our existing A/C were working properly and adjusted the settings to match out needs. We feel very good about our experience with the people ate Washington Energy Services, start to finish.

He then gave an overall explanation of what we need to do to improve our home. Cory was very professional and a nice individual. We were very comfortable with him when he left.

Will Martinez, the energy inspector, was wonderful! He was prompt, very knowledgeable, personable, yet professional. I would recommend him in a heart beat!

Met with sales person. Contracted for door and made deposit of ½ of total. Salesman was knowledgeable. Date eventually set and door installed. On date of install two installers arrived on time, they knew what needed to be done. Job completed in 2-2 ½ hours. $1100 for door is pricey. We had them install our furnace 1 ½ years ago and also very satisfied.

I like their cleanliness because it was a terribly dirty job but the house was clean when they were done.

This was my first time using Washington Energy Services for a job. They are super great!!! The office people are easy to reach and friendly on the phone. The job was done right away and for less than I had expected. Marcus even made sure the range burners were working on the stove which did not fire off right away because it had been idle in a garage for a few months at no extra charge. I would definitely call these guys again for anything gas related. I had been given a quote from them a few years ago for a gas fireplace insert job and my wife and I now wish we had gone with them for that work also.

It went great! My team, Miguel and Bryson, installed the furnace first, and when I was making arrangements for the water heater installation a couple of weeks later, I asked for them specifically. Both my salesman, Steve, and the WES scheduler, Candace, made sure this happened. Miguel and Bryson had to remove my old units and install the new ones, so they had to deal with the inevitable challenges of existing construction, which they met with good solutions. They were on time, friendly, helpful and courteous, as well as skilled and professional installers. Altogether, this whole experience was excellent!

An energy audit was performed and reviewed, showing our 40+ year old home had some energy leaks. Appointments were made, workers were prompt, courteous, friendly and worked quickly but thoroughly. Clean up was thorough. Test out was also performed. Craig, Home Performance Mngr, was helpful in explaining the whole process and even offered to fix something they missed initially-at no extra charge. This company stands behind it's guarantee!! We have also used them for double pane vinyl windows and fiberglass outer doors!

The rep was unkempt, unprofessional, disorderly, scatterbrained and when told we would get a call back did not come through. I actually had to contact the finance rep myself to answer a question we asked 3 times and still no answer. I have waited to hear back to confirm our contract for 2 days and had to call again to find the rep no longer works for the company. At this point no service has been performed as I still have yet to hear back from Washington Energy. It seems this was a one off situation with the rep that we originally had. The new rep we were assigned by the sales director after our complaints was VERY professional, punctual, and responsive. They honored the original quote for the house, which from our understanding was very under budget. We got the windows and doors several weeks later and had them installed with an A+ team of meticulous installers( ask for Anthony & Chris), one of the gentlemen actually gave us some valuable info regarding our siding as we did a walk around. all in all I would recommend WES, they have been very proactive in getting this situation turned around.

Workers were very careful to keep floors and carpeting clean, no extra holes or other goof-ups in wall installation. Very prompt and efficient, finished in one day! They took care of all the permitting schedules, etc. Workers were very friendly and polite.

Initial phone contact person was knowledgeable and courteous and did not pressure me. I requested a call in enough time to ensure pets were shut away so they could not escape and did receive a call 30 minutes in advance. Installer was professional and courteous. Replaced a similar 17-year-old water heater they originally installed in 1992, which had sprung a leak. Installation went without a hitch. Installer was willing to pump out remaining water in old tank to drain rather than adding to soggy ground outside, which was better for me. Installer left area neat and took away old tank, venting, etc., and even caulked around newly installed venting. All in all took less time than I anticipated. Cost was a bit higher than I was expecting, but that could have been because I mis-heard -- this all happened while I had a very bad cold. I also forgot about the Angie's list coupon until it was too late. If it was during the week and I was feeling better, I probably would not have made those mistakes. One major reason I went with this firm is because they provided and installed the prior water heater as well as the furnace 17 years ago.

never heard back from them. Most poor customer service experience ever. The air duct conversation on the phone was not thorough nor clear. Sounded like a waste of my money. Here I wanted to spend money on new windows and getting gas installed in various areas of my house/yard - and nada. zip. Will NEVER use nor recommend this company to anyone. Ever. **UPDATE**: the VP of Sales has been very helpful in resolving this issue with us. He is going above and beyond to repair the mistakes of his employees. I have yet to use their services, but will admit I'm impressed with the management that is so concerned about their review's on Angies List.
