Workers were professional- but more important the contact for customer service helped solve all little issues. Great product, superior customer service.

They showed up on time at the start of the 9-10 window; worked quickly, very nice & courteous. Cleaned up when done. Clear answers to questions & great helpful info.

It went perfectly. Miles called to tell me what time he would be here within the appointed timeframe. He then arrived at that time. He performed the work exactly to specifications, capped the gas line, left the space just as he said he would. The cost was exactly as estimated. Because it was a plumber doing the work, the $50 off plumbing for Angie's List members was accepted. He cleaned up when he was done. I'm happy with the work, would hire Washington Energy Services and Miles again.

This is our third time using Washington Energy Services. This time we had them install a Fujitsu ductless heat/cooling pump, and wow - what a difference! We were also in the middle of a major landscaping project in our backyard, so they were only able to install the inside unit until our landscapers were done with the loader, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to pass the outside unit WES needed to install on the side of the house. Not a problem! As soon as I found out when the landscapers would be done with the loader, I called Candice (she was great!!) and a few days later Zack and Jim were at the house installing the outside unit (which is so small compared to those big Trane units - and quiet!). They also moved our thermostat for us, as it was in direct line of the new cooling unit. They were both exceptionally professional, polite, and answered all of our questions and went over all the instructions with us. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to come in from a hot 86 degrees outside, to a nice, cool 68 or 69 inside! We love that we can adjust the fan speed and change the desired temperature! Best decision ever! Thanks again, Washington Energy Services!!

JJ was punctual and informative and provided lots of information on the pros and cons of each proposed solution, from upgrading duct work for a heat pump, or minisplit ductless heat pumps. Ultimately we close a different provider because they seemed very knowledgeable about minisplit ductless heat pumps. One Other vendors also provided information on energy-efficient financing programs. Washington Energy Services did not point out those alternatives but offered their own financing which was a higher rate.

Didn't even bother calling back. I understand being busy, but I would expect some measure of basic professional courtesy for people trying to spend $6,000 with them.

We stopped in to inquire about installing a heating/air conditioning system in our house and were impressed with their knowledge and enthusiasm about giving us a bid. We met with the salesman, Keith, who was very helpful and thorough and came up with a competitive bid for doing the work. The installers showed up on time and were extremely professional and took care of the entire install in about a day and a half. They were quick and very helpful in explaining how the system worked and welcomed any questions at ANY TIME in the future if we needed assistance. All in all, they were not the cheapest bid, but we were extremely happy with the whole job and would highly recommend them to anyone! A special thanks to Zack, Chris and Tim! Nice job guys!!

The service crew was on time, on task, friendly and very helpful. They did an excellent job.

They are outstanding. I don't have them anytime they come out to my problem. The gentleman who does my servicing, has been the same person who has been coming out since 2006, and we know each other by first name basis, because he is a veteran just like I am. They respond promptly, they tell you when they are coming out, and they don't have cancellations. They explain to you what they are doing. He was explaining to me how they check the freon and the pressure every time they come out, and he didn't see any leaking. I haven't had any problems since they installed my system.

The service was great but the wrong door handle had been ordered. The door looks beautiful and I am very happy.

We have used them on and off for a number of things. They have their own employees to do all the installation so the work is consistent.

Our home is older and the windows were single pane. WSE installed all new windows. The crew was punctual both days and did a great job with the install. All the windows were clean and caulked well. Very professional, cleaned up their mess and took away the old windows. I would definitely hire them again.

My husband took care of their charges. My overall experience with them was excellent. They were great. They did what they were supposed to do and it is humming right along. They seemed to be competitive in terms of price. Their quality of work was great and their responsiveness was good. I was pleased with them.

Representative was hard to get in touch with. Colors of windows was wrong and one window that should have been without openings had two screens. Installers was very nice.

It went well. Michael and Miles (Miles-trainee) came here and got the job done in a timely manner. We actually enjoyed each other's company. I learned a lot why the kitchen sink cabinet below every so often why it had water on the cabinet floor, and how to take care of the clogged drain in the bathtub. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. Yes, I would recommend him, but my husband and I thought the cost to do all of this was very expensive. So we may look for a company that's less expensive.

GREAT! I found the provider off the equipment manuf authorized list of providers. They knew what I was talking. Very informed. scheduled service and showed up on time. They knew exactly what to do and also educated me along the way. Very helpful and professional :)

Robert J was great. He was right on time, very friendly and professional. He listened to what I needed and fixed the problem.

They inspected the existing older furnace and gave advice on what to buy when the time comes to replace it. They provided a lot of information on newer models and what would work best for my home. They were very professional, and took time to answer all of my questions.

Had an excellent experience with Washington Energy Services. From the scheduling, to our estimate by Bill Krier through the final installation by the two-man crew, all was done seamlessly and professionally. The estimating process was smooth and clearly explained. On installation day, the crew was on-time, clean, neat, pleasant and efficient. Upon completion of the install, the crew completely cleaned-up, as if they were never there!! While they may not be the least expensive service, they ticked all the boxes for us and the work speaks for itself, along with any follow-up if you do need them (they will actually be around, not out of business!!) Will definitely use for future projects.

Guys on time, but totally messy an did not appropriate clean up! If one puts a grassy hand print on one's wall and leaves it.

The first day of work was impressive. The 2nd day, I was red hot mad. I waited this long to give evaluation because I wanted to be fair. They are not the cheapest but I went with them because it's a major investment on my part. THIS IS A STORY OF HOW ONE PERSON CAN RUIN YOUR BUSINESS ... ONE PERSON CAN RESTORE IT. The first day was impressive until about 5 ~ 6PM. There were about 9 people who came at different time and they worked like a stage play. Each individual is good at certain things and it's all synchronized. At the end of the day, there were only 2 people to clean up and get ready for the next day of work. I think they were least technical. The furnace is designed to fire up with propane when temperature drops to 30F. When testing it, it didn't fire up ... I was told that it's working but I had to go so I let them go. When I came home, I tested it and it does not work. I was upset ... I called the Sales guy as I only had his cell #. He didn't call me back. I was really upset with him. I also found that the electronics of the Heat Pump unit was exposed to the rain. The 2nd day, the same two showed up. I asked whether the Sales guy called them or not. They said NO. I told them it's not working. He started to work on something he knows nothing about. He said he opened up the orifice of the gas unit and it's working. It didn't work. He said it takes 3 trials to work. I was furiously mad ... felt like Jiffy Lube guy working on my brand new Cadillac or something. I took the panels away from them and told them to just STOP! I started to call everyone in the office, including CEO, President etc. They told me they are accessible. Bull. They don't care. I start to leave a lots of nasty complaint phone messages. Then the Sales guy try to reach me hearing my complaint. I text him: "Go To H***!" Finally, this David Miller guy restored my faith in the system. He came but he was afraid to talk to me. He later told me that he found the problem right away but couldn't pin point where the problem was coming from. It took him 1 hour to know it was from flexible propane tube. It was for natural gas and when he replaced it with bigger diameter tube, it was just fine. And he was right. On the other hand, the last 2 guys didn't install the pipes correctly that it failed City Inspection which had to be reworked by another guy. Since than, there are two things I didn't understand why it was happening. I called David Miller and he called me back with answers. I only trust David at the moment. But as I cool down, I think WES knows what they are doing. They are too confident that they don't test enough when installed. They don't tell us enough what to expect. I don't want to name the guy but "T" should have done a better job and don't try to touch anything he is not really familiar with. His partner told me that electronics won't go bad even if water gets in because power was not on. Come on! Insulting. Why am I still giving them "A" overall? Because of David and I know that they installed it correctly ... they will give you the phone numbers of CEO, etc .... don't waste your time calling them. They are useless! I feel like changing their grade to "B" as I look back to these incidences. It's a lot of money for me but it's nothing to them .... they are too cocky. But they do have good people working for them. Only 1 really bad employee! Wait ... 2 including the Sales guy who sells himself as the guy who used to be supervisor of installation. If he knew his stuff, he should have called me back when I first started to panic.
