Washington Energy Service is very prompt and they truly care about people. They were very professional and very prompt. I found their customer service people very personable too. They came out the same day i ask them to and was given the best of service by the technicial Russ and by Alissa and her manager. Kudos to all of you and thanks again from all my family here too!

I called on 12/1 because I noticed a few strange things about my water heater. They were able to come out that day if necessary, but I didn't feel it was urgent. They came out 12/3, installed the new and removed the old gas water heater. Additionally they diagnosed some trouble with venting and other issues, stayed until all the work was done, went way above and beyond, and cleaned up after themselves. They did not charge extra for the safety precautions needed in my home. I felt like a valued human, not just an average customer. I am thrilled with their services and value. They answered all my new-homeowner questions and were very enjoyable to be around. Thank you Cameron and Theron!!!

Mike and Chris not only had the skills that were needed but were able to problem solve a good solution for us. They arranged their schedule for our convenience.

After some delays by the gas provider in installing natural gas service, it was a welcome experience in having Washington Energy Services install what I had requested. Originally, they had projected that the work could take 1 1/2 - 2 days. But, they ended up sending 3 different crews to my house on the first day, so all the work was completed in 1 day, and they waited until I arrived home to walk through what they had done. They acted very professionally, but at the same time were very helpful in their explanation of the various installed equipment and thorough as to how each worked, along with excellent tips for operation and maintenance. As far as I can tell, they did a great job of installation, as everything is working great. Also, the customer care representative was very helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions. If I were to consider further energy enhancements to my house, I would definitely consider using Washington Energy Services.

The person that came out was to provide me with estimates and he responded with a tankless which I told him no already and the heat pump was a lot more expensive than what the vendor in Costco and so I chose their ductless system and went with another company to replace the water heater.

There was a crew of installers. They were courteous, took time to answer questions. The install was done professionally. I am pleased with the work.

This company is GREAT! A++ for service, professionalism, quality and responsiveness. One window had a poor match to the grids of an existing adjacent window. It was just enough of a difference to be noticeable after it had been installed and we had looked at it from different angles. Washington Energy replaced the window for a better match without any question or grief or expense to us. It is great to do business with a company is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

They were on time both days. I thought that it was a good price as I did a lot of comparison shopping before I chose Washington Energy Services. They also took time to answer my questions.

Amazing service and professionalism! We came back from an overseas trip to find our tankless water heater "beeping" and no cold water coming from the third floor. The next morning I called Washington Energy Services. The customer service representative (who was local, so there was no language issue) was professional and pleasant and immediately scheduled a same-day service call. Hours later, a maintenance engineer came to our home and immediately diagnosed the problem, explaining in detail the issue and the costs related to fixing the problems. Within two hours, he completely fixed our tankless water heater and did a maintenance procedure to ensure it was in top working condition. He also explained how moving forward what we needed to do to keep it in top working order. He was extremely professional and efficient - we give Washington Energy Services an A+ and will definitely refer them to our neighbors and friends!

The manager came out to check out everything before doing the work and I haven't heard anything from them to get the actual work done yet. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and am ready to start looking for someone else to do the job.

This company was very quick and did a wonderful job. They are very friendly and have great customer service. The windows also have a life time warranty if you own your home.

I cannot say enough good things about Washington Energy; they went up and beyond to help me through a very difficult situation of dealing with a neighbor and the HOA in my community. Their ultimate purpose was to provide me with the most cost efficient furnace and air conditioner to meet my needs and the needs of the community that I live in and to make sure that I was well taken care throughout the whole process. They were here a number of times at my request and everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and prompt. They met every need and went on beyond to assist me through this whole experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would look to them first to perform any job that I have need of. The windows were installed over 2 days in a very efficient manner. The crew was very good about keeping tidy and, besides a few stray, tiny bits of glass in the rug, took care of all their mess. One of the windows, specifically specified to open vertically, was ordered and installed with a horizontal opening. A second set of 2 windows were ordered with new casings before the sills under some existing woodwork were checked. After removing the windows and finding no issues with the wall underneath, the crew were able to make up new sills and leave the windows without the new casing. Caulking was done in a few places without properly cleaning underneath and has already started to peel away in the bathroom. All in all, a solid B for price, service, and convenience.

Great! Very punctual, and what i was quoted was what it cost, no added costs with little install issues that arose. The installation tech worked with and solved any issues he came across, and after a few hours, my new take was in and i had a new water heater.

I plan to update this throughout the process... I had Don Himes from Washington Energy Service give me a quote on a new furnace and adding an AC unit as well. Within a day of coming out and giving me the quote, he was able to get me approved for financing and get everything finalized. He was very helpful and seemed to know a lot. I will update throughout this process. So far I am very pleased with how this is all going! Ok, on 09/17/15, I had Andrew and David come out to install the furnace and AC. They were great to have around! They worked hard, got everything installed, and had no problem with me watching and asking questions. The price is a bit higher than other places, but I am willing to pay more for great customer service and having a company that is knowledgeable! I strongly suggest anyone to use Washington Energy Services!

We were so relieved to get same-day service when our old water heater started leaking during the night. The company called me back promptly and arranged for a technician to come out that afternoon. I liked their practice of having the worker call ahead when he was half an hour from arrival. The technician was friendly and very professional, went over all the necessary details with me, and did the work quickly, efficiently and neatly. He helped me move furniture around to make room to haul out the old water heater from our tight basement, showed me how everything worked when he was done, and gave me opportunity to ask questions. I got the drip pan and water alarm to avoid a mess in the future when the new heater eventually leaks. All around great experience!

He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through things he found and gave me piece of mind.

I was happy to find a great resource on Angie's List for my mom, especially one that would come to Kitsap County. Chase was great! He was very professional (even understanding with our kids who wanted to watch), diagnosed and fixed our problem within 1.5 hours (a broken bathtub handle), including time to leave and pick up a spare part. While not entirely his fault, the tub faucet now lies slightly away from the wall. As he explained to us while taking the handle out, the tub pipes weren't "backed" (i.e. contained within a piece of wood with holes drilled in it) and while Chase was as careful as could be while pulling the super stiff handle off with pipes that moved, I hope the faucet being away from the wall won't create another problem in the future. Again, this is an initial house plumbing problem (new house, my mom is the original owner) and not WES's fault. Thanks for a great experience!

So far no proposal to date even after a couple of times follow up,,this is almost a month later. I guess they do not want my business. Very unprofessional.

It was helpful to go through the house and get an evaluation of health and safety.

We've used this company before and really appreciate them. They are very professional; always show up when they say they will; and are very competitive in price. Our hot water heater went out on a Friday night; and they had an estimate for us by Saturday morning, and installed it that afternoon. Kudos to Rich Paradis, our installer for doing a great job, and for lowering the platform for the new heater so that we could better reach the shut-off valve. All in all, this company deserves an A+.

Found mold under toilet floor. Encouraged use of another business to inspect this problem. They came within 90 minutes. Got me all worked up due to potential harm with mold removal. After that inspection, I talked to contacts about this and found out I didnt have to be as concerned. Not very happy with myself that I paid another $150 because of my naivety.

There was an incident where they came to clean and service our system since it wasn't working and since they had no one available during the day, they were charging after hours fees yet the system was still under a five year warranty. It didn't sit well with me. Their work is good but they are pricy. They were professional except for that incident.

He was prompt, well informed, pleasant and passionate about his work. He offered useful suggestions for improving the energy efficiency in our home.

Edwin arrived a few minutes early.He called the night before to confirm. Edwin was pleasant, polite and incredibly knowledgeable about the work he was doing.
