Jacob and his assistant started around 9:30 am Thursday morning and finished around 2 pm I received a 20% discount. My overall experience was great work was done on time. The area wasclean and rest upon completion.

Sales person Jason Larson was top notch: well informed, honest and very helpful. Scheduler was able to get us an appointment that same week! Installers, there were two crews Electrical and then Mechanical. The Electrical pair was lead by Chris who was awesome. He talked me through everything he was planning to do and made sure I was ok with how he was going to run the lines and conduit. He kept the customer in mind making sure that they wouldn't do anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. The Mechanical pair was led by Jacob who was from their south sound crew. He was professional and knowledgeable. Like the Electrical crew he made sure to talk me though what he was going to do and make sure their work was to my satisfaction. After they finished they again walked me through what was done and made sure I understood the work that was done and how the system worked. They also took the time to clean up inside and out, including wiping down my walls where they left some fingerprints. Top notch outfit and I've already recommended them to my friends. Would definitely use them again for their broad range of services.

WA Energy was great. But the electrician subcontractor had no turf, badly soiled my carpet more no company to came back reordered. However his company sold to clean all my carpets, do no harm deal.

They were here July 2015. It was around three hundred dollars. I would tell others that they are very friendly, courteous, and the fact that they do replace windows and give a warranty.

The inspection found a problem with the tankless heater, but they were able to fix it quickly. The inspection of the plumbing fixtures revealed about what I expected and no further work was needed at this time. I have used this provider multiple times even before Angies list and have always been satisfied.

I'm so glad I picked Washington Energy Services to replace the furnace they installed 20 years ago. Jason Larson couldn't have been more helpful, informative and accommodating in walking me through the evaluation of options available and making the actual purchase easy. And then installers Chris Stanton and Patrick Stevens arrived on time, explained to me what they were going to do - both young men were so pleasant, knowledgable and helpful - and I comfortably left my home in their hands. When I came home, I wouldn't have even known they had been there if I hadn't met them in the morning. I came home to an installation area that was cleaner thanI had left it, a new furnace, and a nice, warm house. They were all terrific and I will happily use them in another 18 to 22 years!

Theo and David arrived @ 8:15 and told me exactly what they were going to do. After it was completed. Theo showed me everything i needed to know they were professional and pleasant to work with.

Great... Came out and check out my running/dripping toilet. Informed me that they were bargain basement toilets that builders bought by the truckload. Parts no longer available, which I knew from previous attempts to fix it myself. Sold me on a new toilet. Also fixed a few minor, related things while the water was shut off.

Will Martinz and his team were professional and courteous. There were a few hiccups along the way related to a few lights that could not ultimately be replaced an a few areas of insulation that were initially over looked but WA Energy quickly remedied the problem and did their best to accommodate.

Evan was on time and helped us with thermal imaging to determine why our older home was loosing heat; he checked the crawl space, attic, windows, furnace and also carbon monoxide levels for safety. We determined the walls were un insulated.

The entire process was very positive, from the sale representative to the installers. Very professional & skilled.

Will was on time, spent 4 hours doing the audit. Explained everything to us clearly, Used a 60-pro camera with live feed back to us on a laptop (from attic to crawlspace).

He came and looked over the fireplace, after about 30 minutes, he said he would need to go back to the office and look up a diagram for our model. I paid him as he requested, he did not follow up, I had to contact the company several times to get an answer. The outcome was that they could not find the diagram for the wiring and were not able to complete the service. No refund was offered.

Good quality, reasonable priced, on time, good workmanship. Installers were conscientious, pleasant, professional, neat, and no mess was left behind. I have used WES to replace existing water boiler, extensive wall siding, & install (2) fireplace gas inserts. This is my go-to company.
