Washington Energy Services sent out a second tech 1-2 weeks later who apologized for our inconvenience, solved the problem quickly, and changed the filter without any charges to us. We now have heat once again!!

They were pretty expensive. Comprehensive, accurate and they fixed it the first time. They were pretty fast and came out pretty quickly when we figured it wasn't working right. They cleaned up perfectly.

Here it is March 2, 2017 and the furnace is still running great. Many Thanks to Isaac and the Washington Energy scheduler(s) for outstanding service.

Replaced the thermocouple which was not producing any electricity to keep the pilot light going. They cleaned the glass which was nice but at their half hourly rate I would have rather had them only fix the issue. Part was about $75 labor was the balance for 1.5 hours.

There is no hot water tank so I have as much hot water as I want to use for as long as I want to use it. It took them about a day. They took out my old water heater and hung this new one. It hangs on the wall It is about two feet by two feet by five inches deep.

It was pretty expensive. I would probably use them again in the future.

The 2 man crew was on time and worked efficiently. They were very professional. The new window & window sill look beautiful.

I bought a maintenance contract with them. They do an inspection, maintenance, and check everything to make sure it's working. It was very good, the work was good and as expected. The worker was fine.

After providing quote of $500+ for new fan motor, employee left. Later that evening, we realized the furnace was not working. We called the 800 number, and were told that due to the late hour, no one would call us back until the following morning. It was 30 degrees outside, and we had no heat. We removed the cover on the furnace and discovered the service employee had not turned the power switches back on before replacing the cover. We turned them on and the furnace worked. I called back to the 800 number and expressed my dissatisfaction, and was told a supervisor would call me in the morning. I never received a call until approximately noon on the following day. I feel the company tried to up sell me to a new expensive motor, and then would not provide appropriate customer service to a customer that was without heat. The least I expected was for a tech to call me and help walk me through resetting the furnace, if necessary. It seemed it was more inconvenient for them to call me, then for me to be without heat all night. When a manger finally called me and apologized, he offered to reduce the cost of a new bracket installation and said he would get back to me by the end of the day. I did not hear anything back from him. I expect a full refund, and will not do business with this company in the future. Any company that would let their customer go without heat all night in 30 degree weather, rather than at least attempt to help them by phone does not deserve my business.

We requested a professional grade rapid recovery hot water tank with extended warranty and a second anode The evaluator provided 3 estimates and we selected the Rheem 48 gallon model. This installers were very professional, clearly explained their project and local plumbing code requirements. They obtained the permit ahead of the start date and on the day of the project they were punctual and careful. The new tank installation is an improvement over the previous tank in both appearance and performance,

The duct cleaning seemed to go fine but I have to leave a bad review because the guy they sent, I think his name was Jamie, tried to sell me a new furnace and hot water heater for 45 minutes straight before he would start the work. I feel that while Jamie is a likable guy, this hard selling technique of his was excessive. I feel that either he is pressured to make sales from the people at the top, or he is on commission. We cancelled our furnace Maintainance checkup with Washington Energy Services because of the hard selling sales pitch I had to listen to for 45 minutes. There is nothing wrong with the furnace by the way, we had Eric from Sears Home Services do the furnace Maintainance for us and he did a great job and did not try to sell us a new furnace that we don't need. We live in Arlington WA.

On time, very knowledgable, nice guys, great price for advanced furnace

Excellent – they arrived on time, were courteous and perfored the services expected. My hot water heater burst and needed to be replaced immediately which they did. I was stressed so just went with them without price comparing, that was the only possible negative. They are a little pricey especially for the water heater that was installed. I didn't get to pick it because I needed emergency service. Overall though, excellent service!

Their work is very good. High quality. They are professional. They are very knowledgeable. Any problems they can work it out.

My audit was performed by Will Martinez. First his introduction gave me a way to think about what was about to take place. I'd been wanting to have this audit done for a long time. Will completely set my mind at ease through explaining the process in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Second the process was so extensive, exploring all of the walls, windows, gas appliances, carbon monoxide detection and insulation of our home. He took 2.5 hours and went inside and outside the home as a part of the audit. Lastly when he returned with his report for our review, it was easy to read and gave me specific steps that I could take to improve the energy efficiency of our home. Since his visit, I've been able to take some steps myself to seal up small areas where cold air was leaking in. It’s great to have this important milestone accomplished. I feel comfortable with what needs to be done next and how to go about it. I highly recommend this service and this person in particular

Energy Audit and report was clear & gave us specific information. The crew that came to do the work was friendly, efficient, showed what was done, and asked for our input.

David came for the initial consultation. He was extremely nice & sympathetic of my situation. Chris the electrician did a pre-inspection. On installation, 3 guys installed the new gas lines & the generator. Chris & his assistant did the rewiring. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice & helpful. Punctual. Quick to get back to me when I had questions. Don't have comparisons.

I was on an over capacity list and had to wait until 8 pm for someone to show up but was glad they have an over capacity list as I did not have any heat.
