The technician was patient with my questions and also shared with me that my furnace should last a few more years, which is not what another company had told me 3 years ago. Additionally, the tech showed me how to properly install furnace filters, because he pointed out that the current filter, although new, was in backwards. The WA Energy services staff was helpful, courteous and got the job done right. I bought the online offer and saved money.

He got everything cleaned up and working well.

Chris was great and friendly to work with but we might not hire this company again because of cost and I had to make several calls to make an appointment to complete the job. We paid $79 for a comprehensive plumbing inspection for the complete house but only needed him to inspect the lower half. He did not have the cap-hats needed to install on the faucets and the washing machine in the laundry room. He had to leave to purchase these parts but could not return to fix the problem the same day. I had to call his office to schedule for his return visit. We thought the price cap hats and installation were to high ($247.50) since we had already paid $79 for the inspection. The total cost was very high for what was done.

Everything was pretty good. They have free estimate and the dude who did the free estimate did a really good job explaining how it works and what choices I have without any sales pressure. At the end, the pricing actually is the cheapest as well. I ends up doing furnace, water heater and insulation with them and the work is great.

Person who took my order didn't ask about electric or gas water heater to replace. So pricing was not correct. A temp wall was in front of old water heater + was charged $50 labor to remove it. Both men were very detailed in explaining their work, were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

They said it would take 3 days and it did and they explained all the systems in detail.

Mike did an efficient job at representing the company as did his installers Dona Bex. They were very professional, worked as a team. Were very helpful, and were right on schedule.

Great job from start to finish. Sales rep Brian arrived on time and made a straight-forward bid. Installers Gerardo & Rocky were on time every day, protected our furniture & carpets during 3-1/2 day installation and were able to answer any questions we had. Three company reps (Sales Rep, Sales Manager & Installation Manager) visited during installation to assess progress. One window had a manufacturing defect (Andersen problem, not WES) and the problem was quickly addressed and new window glass ordered. This is the 4th time we have used WES for window installations (2 rental houses and a summer cabin in addition to current house) and we have been very satisfied each time.

He was here on time and he took less time than he thought he would have to to work on my furnace. He showed me how things worked, he re-positioned the air filters and showed me how they go in to the box. We discussed the life of the furnace and he was really good about what you would want to look at for getting a new furnace and how to take care of it until then. The technician's name was Jim and he was wonderful to work with. Be aware that tax is not included in any deal you purchase for this company through Angie's List. I was notified later that they would take this tax off and would credit it back to my account.

Everything was amazing. The initial meeting with John for an estimate was very informative and he was professional and punctual. He worked with me on the financing and found something that would work within my budget. The scheduling was painless and they were actually able to come out to do the install about a week after I signed the paperwork. The installers were both very professional and did a fantastic job. They were great about closing the baby gate every time they went up and down the stairs and they always remembered to close the bedroom doors to keep the cat out. The only negative thing I can say is that the price was a fair amount higher than the competition, but they were far better to work with (I had a lot of trouble getting responses from the other companies that came out and provided estimates).

I don’t remember what I paid. They completed the day they came out. There was no issue. They left the are clean. I stared using them a couple years ago. They do general maintenance. I didn't get them through Angie's List.

They took care of all the details from permits to installation.

Sales rep well informed and not pushy. Workers on time and finished job on time. Always left my home clean and removed all old equipment. Very satisfied.

Washington Energy Service was fast and efficient. They came out the same day to quote and we had a replacement installed the following day. We had a drip pan, new expansion tank and audible alarm installed at time of service.

The windows were replaced. I liked the look of the windows once installed. The installers were very professional and paid attention to detail and cleanup.

Our experience with WES was overall really great. The sales team, schedulers and installers were all really communicative which I appreciated so much. My only complaint was the location of the gas pipe (stove) in the kitchen. After being told it can't be installed more than 2 inches from the wall it was done 4 inches from the wall causing our new stove to sit an additional 2 inches out. Minor issue. Everything else was done great, new ducts installed, furnace, hot water, my house is warm and comfortable now thanks to their hard work! We even had a power scare the week after which caused the furnace to shut down mid cycle. We had a moment of panic after our attempts to bring it back on didn't work but they sent someone right out and got us up and running fast with no charge. We're very happy we chose WES and will use them again in the future for home upgrades.

We had a very nice experience dealing with the sales rep. Lino was helpful and knowledgeable about their product lines. A no pressure approach was appreciated. He was very thorough and his friendly personality made for a positive feeling on our part. With all of our other home remodel projects, we we not able to have the work completed by this company.

Their work was done in a very clean and professional manner and they were a pleasure to work with. I will use them again if needed.

Very well. I got my appointment right away, everyone showed up on time. It took 4 days for the furnace replacement to be scheduled, so the company even loaned me a nice space heater in the meantime. My new furnace is working great! It's much quieter than the old system, keeps the house heated evenly, and my utility bill even went down. Yay!

The serviceman was very helpful. He informed us that the snapping noises were normal in our type of furnace and did find one circuit that needed a little "jiggling." He gave me thorough instructions on how to operate our furnace and even reprogrammed our thermostat for me. The company charges a $100 service fee just to come out so he wanted to make sure that we weren't spending the money for nothing. :)

They were prompt and courteous. They offered helpful advice as far as my duct work and everything. It took them probably a couple of hours to complete. The clean up was excellent.

They came yesterday, 15 minutes early, but we were ready. They had called several days prior to confirm the date and time, and called again to tell us they were on their way. The work was completed in about 2 hours, to county code. They hauled away the old heater.
