Description of Work: Delivered 1/2 cord of mixed soft/hard wood including kindling. I am absolutely happy that I selected Toma Toma as a firewood provider. About half of the wood is apple wood from Eastern Washington. All of the wood was bone dry. The combined volume is more than a half cord. The transaction and delivery was friendly and professional. James Kwon, the owner is a cool guy. I will be back.

Description of Work: Delivered half-cord cut firewood. Mix of apple and cedar with box of kindling. This was second time used Toma Toma. Excellent clean wood, seasoned and burns cleanly, minimum of ash. On-time. Accomodated our running low on wood with expedited service. Good firm, do what they say.

+ -1 moreAfter several bad experiences ordering firewood through Craigslist and the local classified ads, I decided to consult Angie's List. I phoned several of the listed suppliers and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and responsiveness by Jim Kwon at Toma Toma Firewood. He spent time on the original call explaining his various wood options and setting delivery expectations with me. I placed an order for 3 cords of wood (2 fruit and 1 NW mix). The delivery happened on time and I was amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the wood. The truck and delivery trailer were fully cubed so I knew I was getting full cords of wood. Jim took great care to drop the load in my driveway on tarps I had laid out and to avoid any damage to trees lining my driveway. Jim earned a loyal customer with this first-time experience. I won't look anywhere else for firewood.

+ -1 moreI bought 1/2 cord of apple wood and 1/2 cord of mixed softwood and had it all delivered to my house around early November. I've had a bad experience in the past with other firewood sellers and have had to send their drivers back when they showed up with wet, moldy or rotten wood; but the wood that Jim delivered was absolutely top-notch! Jim was very good about keeping me updated on the delivery status and the driver arrived on time and without any issue. The wood was tightly stacked in a 4x4x8 box built into the truck bed, which made it easy to tell that it was a full cord exactly as ordered. I was given an invoice listing the type and quantity of wood, mine and the seller's names and addresses and the price paid. The driver brought a moisture meter to test the wood on delivery. All of the wood was well-seasoned and ready to burn exactly as advertised. The softwood is nice and dry with about 18-23% moisture content and the apple wood burns super hot and is so dry that I hardly even need kindling to get it started. The wood is all in great condition and is clean with no evidence of poor storage. Jim also threw in a large unseasoned round to replace my rotted chopping block and a nice big bundle of kindling. My only minor issue was with a few of the pieces that were too thick for my small wood stove, requiring me to resplit them, but that's not totally unexpected and there weren't too many. I will definitely use Toma Toma again for my next firewood order
