I'm very happy with the chair. It should last another 10 years now! I especially liked his web site and the excellent communication with the progress of the repair.
Description of Work: I took in an expensive office chair for repair. After looking at the chair, I was given an estimate that ended up being quite accurate. He did have trouble getting the parts but kept me informed when there was a delay.
