hardwood floor
+ -1 moreDo not do business with this company. Initial contact and discussions went fine. Response time was good and they were punctual. After install I contacted to owner to come and do a repair. He went into a rage on the telephone and told us that he will come pick up the remainder of the money still owed. I sent him a picture of what needed to be fixed and have not heard from him since. July 2016. Today is October 2017. Absolute terrible experience and craftsmanship.

+ -1 moreHe did not do a good job on the stairs or coves. He did a beautiful job on the floor, but he does not know how to do the stairs. The cove was not cut correctly. I complained to him that the stairs weren't level and the piece that goes on the skirting was away from the wall. He then got mad and walked off the job. He gave me my money back and told me to find someone else. I now have to have the work torn out and done again.
Description of Work: He was hired to do hardwood floors. Put hardwood onto the stairway.
