Old bathroom needed a face lift.

MR. SMITH CAME AND DID NOT COME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. WE PAID $250.00 FOR TWO HOURS OF WORK. HE ORIGINALLY SAID HE CHARGES 35-45 DOLLARS AN HOUR. WE WERE HAVING OUR FLOORS REFINISHED AND NEEDED MR. SMITH TO REMOVE THE TOILET AND PATCH THE BATHROOM WALLS AND PAINT. IT WAS IMPERATIVE THIS BE DONE BEFORE THE FLOOR MAN CAME. MR. SMITH SAID HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE ON SATURDAY. WE WAITED, AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP. WE CALLED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES IN PANIC. MR. SMITH CALLED ON MONDAY AT 7:00 A.M AND SAID HE WAS COMING. I WAS DESPERATE, SO I SAID PLEASE COME. HE CAME, TOOK THE TOILET OUT AND MUDDED THE WALL, AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK ON THURSDAY TO FINISH THE JOB. HE NEVER CAME BACK, AND I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. HE ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE DIDN'T COME BACK. WE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, AND HE SAID HE WOULD REFUND $100. IT WAS ONLY ON THE THREAT OF BEING IS THE PENALTY BOX THAT HE FINALLY SENT THE MONEY.

Very reasonable. I can only hope that someone else enjoys him as much as I did. He has a pleasant attitude. He came promptly. I was so lucky to get him.

It turned out to be more involved than we had anticipated, and Lee helped us plan and economize without sacrificing quality. When possible, all work areas were cleaned up at the end of the work day. He is a fine workman as are the two co-workers he had with him on our projects. I would trust him with a house key if needed. Excellent quality, easy to communicate with and generally a joy to know things will be done right!

I spoke with Lee on a Wednesday, he told me he'd come to my house to work on an urgent project that weekend. He did not show up, nor did he ever call me. While I understand that Mr. Smith's time is valuable, so is mine! I at least deserved a call.

Lee was on-time and friendly. He did the work in several sessions - fixed the things that didn't need extra parts the first time and made a list of all he needed, then came back the second time after buying all the parts. He explained everything he was doing and finished the work for exactly what he estimated. He even came back on a Saturday morning to replace a leaky toilet part neither of us caught the first time! Lee is friendly but efficient and didn't waste our time or money. He helped us think through some other work that we'd like done, for where best to spend the money, and where it isn't worth it. Lee charges much less than he could and we appreciated his honesty in his work.

I had a great experience with Lee. He showed up on time, was very polite and friendly, and got to work immediately. For the painting job, he even stopped by on the way here at Home Depot and picked up a bunch of paint samples so he could save time in matching colors. When he was out to get supplies, he called periodically to keep me informed of his progress. Overall I am very satisfied with his work. He has a wonderful attitude toward his work and seems to really enjoy it. Super personable and honest. I would definitely use his services again!

Lee was right on time, very pleasant, and obviously skilled. His pricing was quite fair.

Good experience. Lee was courteous, almost always on time & professional. He could have estimated the job more carefully, but I felt the amount I paid was fair. I would hire Lee again for sure.

I thought he would get back to me today (Monday) since our meeting was scheduled for the weekend. I called an hour before the meeting to confirm (no answer) and an hour after. I waited for him 2 hours after our scheduled appointment.

Lee is exceeding pleasant to work with. He can do anything, always has a positive, encouraging attitude, and never quits when obstacles arise. He was always on time, did what he promised and then some. He worked at home, on his own initiative, on trim pieces, etc, that gave my projects a customized look.

Had a great experience the first day. Scheduled second visit to complete the job and do some other minor work. We waited all day and he did not show up and didn't return my phone call. Very frustrating.

Lee was very prompt in returning my call, he came out the next day to assess the job, and was finished with the work by the end of the week! He was very polite, cleaned up after himself, and even fixed a few small things that I didn't ask him to (and didn't charge me for them). I was very satisfied with the work he did, the speed at which he completed it, and the price he charged.

Lee and Gabe were very polite, very hard working, and have a good sense of humor. They were careful to not let my pets out of the house during their activities.

This job took him 15 hours over two days to complete. He was punctual and very polite. He bought the fans and switches before coming to install them and bought other materials ahead of time. He did need to leave to get more supplies and was gone for an hour. I was charged for that time as well as an hour for buying supplies. Lee has an optimistic outlook and wants to please. He wants you to be satisfied with his work and cares about the details to make it right. He thought about ways to improve the wiring so that I could have more choices of how the lights could work. I appreciate his attention to detail.

HE WAS SO NICE AND EFFICIENT. HE WORKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE LIST IN VERY QUICK ORDER, AND LEFT EVERYTHING NEAT. HE WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

AFTER LOOKING ON ANGIE'S LIST, I CALLED LEE FROM SUNSHINE. THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND FOR MY WIFE'S SANITY, WE NEEDED TO GET SOMEONE OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. LEE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE ON MONDAY AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IF IT COULD BE EARLIER. HE DID CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR AND TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE ON SUNDAY MORNING. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, PATCHED UP THE HOLES AND CHECKED THE REST OF THE PROPERTY FOR OTHER AREAS WHERE THE RODENTS MAY BE COMING IN. HE WAS TERRIFIC AND I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER NEEDS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THAT TYPE OF WORK DONE. HE WAS FRIENDLY. HE 'SQUEEZED ME' INTO HIS SCHEDULE. WE JUST HAD NEW COUNTERTOPS INSTALLED (AFTER BEING WITHOUT WATER IN THE KITCHEN FOR 6 WEEKS) AND HE KNEW THAT WE WERE ANXIOUS TO GET THINGS HOOKED UP AGAIN.

LEE SMITH DID ANOTHER EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. HE CAME OUT QUICKLY SINCE I NEEDED THE TOILET REPAIRED SO THAT THE TILE JOB COULD BE FINISHED. I ALWAYS APPRECIATE HOW FRIENDLY LEE IS AND HOW HE MAKES SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT. OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

HE WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE, AND ACTED INTERESTED IN THE JOB. HE MADE THE APPOINTMENT AT A TIME WHICH WAS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR US, AT 8:00 A.M. ON A SUNDAY MORNING, BUT WE AGREED. SO WE CANCELLED PLANS AND WAITED AROUND FOR HIM ON SUNDAY AND HE DID NOT CALL OR SHOW. I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT HE WOULD HAVE EVERYTHING ON HAND. HE STILL HASN'T EVEN RETURNED A CALL AFTER NOT SHOWING FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

AMAZING!!! VERY PLEASED WITH EXPERIENCE AND THE PRICE.

LEE DID THE WORK OVER A COUPLE OF DAYS AND DID A GREAT JOB! HE EVEN HELPED RETURN A COUPLE OF ITEMS TO HOME DEPOT THAT DIDN'T WORK. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND CHEERFUL AND HAD NO PROBLEM CLEANING THE WINDOWS BEFORE HANGING THE STAINED GLASS ORNAMENTS - HE ALSO CLEANED A LEDGE AND PUT UP ORNAMENTS ON THAT. ALL THE PLUMBING WORK WAS DONE VERY NICELY AND EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY WITH NO LEAKS. HE WORKED AT A GOOD PACE AND WAS VERY TIDY.

LEE IS YOUR ALL AROUND HANDYMAN. HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE WHEN YOU WANT HIM, HIS WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE'S AVAILABLE BY THE HOUR TO JUST WORK ON YOUR LIST OF THINGS YOU NEED COMPLETED.
