Good experience working with Sta-Built from start to finish. 750 sf patio, dug out and laid in one week. Had one small issue but it was fixed as soon as it was pointed out. Out patio is perfect.

They did great work!

When the job starts, make sure you have Lelandà ¢à  à  s phone number! I was told a 3 day job but one day they just dropped off material and left, then never showed up on day, worked half a day the next and apparently management never knew. They did do a great job laying the pavers, Ià ¢à  à  m really happy with the end product! But, they never cleaned up and left material on site. Leland showed up the next day and cleaned up extremely well, even went the extra mile by putting in some topsoil and seed! I expected them to work start to finish, if they werenà ¢à  à  t, I expected them to tell me up front and they didnà ¢à  à  t, frustrating!

Great company to work with, install team was awesome and very good. Extremely happy to have chosen them add a company. Price was very comparable to the quotes I got but the work itself was awesome. Had a paver patio installed on uneven ground, and they handled it all perfectly.

They gave us an estimate for a retaining wall with stairs on one end, and then scheduled a second person to come by and look things over and schedule the work. Be sure to get any change orders in writing. We were afraid not to book the work, since they said that it could be months if we did not get on the schedule. After the work was done, we were told that it would be over 20% more because of the number of stairs that were needed. If there is any difference in what was covered on the first estimate to what was discussed with the second person, do not go forward unless they give you an estimate for the difference before the work is started.

Great workmanship and quality product

We love, love, love our driveway and front patio/porch! It took long but well worth it, now looking at the outcome. The workers really made it happen, experienced and most agreeable to make our project happen beautifully! We wish however, that the contractor cared enough about the workers, by providing a Honey Bucket and modern methods like a mobile tractor for demo work.

We are extremely happy with the outcome of this project. The turf looks great, and the backyard is much improved. great play are for the dog.

These guys installed a paver walkway down the side of our house. Very responsive and easy to work with. Quality is great!

Communication was hit and miss. Price was very good and aesthetically quality is there. Concerned that corners were cut on compacting and drainage.

The owner was rude and difficult to communicate with when we had questions. Quality of work was inadequate but the job was expensive.

Our experience with Sta-Built Contraction was top notch start to finish. We will definitely call them again when we have additional projects. We actually feel the 5 star rating should be 10! Start to finish each and every person who worked on this project was a true professional! Professional start to finish. The initial estimate was completed on the first visit. The finished product is as promised, and beautiful. Very impressed with this company and their team.

They put in an extended retaining wall of attractive blocks with capstones, replacing a shorter wall of railroad ties and cement blocks. That also meant replacing the neighbors privacy fence which was done by putting the new one on top of the wall. The final result is a much more stable and attractive wall. (This web site only gave options for length and height of the wall, but the project also included a wood fence, which must be remembered in considering the total price of the project.)

The team is very meticulous throughout the whole process adding to the quality of the work. Very happy with the work.

They installed a beautiful patio and walkway for us and the crew was professional and worked hard and fast. They wanted me to be satisfied with the job and worked with me when there was a misunderstanding. I would highly recommend them. There was a problem with the final bill but the owner resolved it to my satisfaction.

I did a 50 feet long Hollywood strips drive way with pavers with the click and drop method. And 18 feet long (~4 feet wide) walkway in the same method (including a step down to the curb). The walkway was fine. The driveway strips (~2 feet wide each) caved in shortly after installing, when cars were moved onto it. It took ~ 3 weeks for crew to come back and fix it. Now I found some broken pavers and asked Hector (the Forman) to come by to fix them. Since May 25, 2019, he promised to come to no avail. I am not happy and regret to may the last installment in full. After sending this review to this site and an email yo everybody (I knew) within the company, Hector contacted me right away and apologized for forgetting about my broken pavers. He came out the following Tuesday, as promised, and exchanged them. I received a follow-up call by Peter (who seams to run the company) and asking me, if I am satisfied now. Unfortunately one of the pavers broke after I moved my truck back onto the driveway. Most likely it had a hair fracture from pounding the paver with a mallet. Hector came out the next day to fix it. I am happy now and would say if you stay on top of it, it s ok to do business with them.

So friendly and professional and presented us with great landscaping options we never would have thought of on our own. We highly recommend this company. We can't wait to see the finished results. Bill and Kathy y.

A great experience working with STA from the initial estimate through the completion of the job. By far the best experience when using home advisor to find a company to perform work around the house. Responsive, punctual, and the quality of the final product is amazing. Thanks to the entire STA crew!
