Sno-King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Very happy with results. We used Michael's Carpet Cleaning for years, he recently retired referring his established customers to Sno-King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

Kyle was professional, responsive, punctual, thorough, courteous, and did great work. I rarely post reviews but I am making a point to recommend Sno-King. I couldn't be happier with Kyle's work and his professionalism.

He was so professional and did a wonderful, thorough job. We had a few stubborn stains and he worked and got those clean. He put down fans and so it was not long before they were all dry.

Kyle came out to the house promptly, phoned before he was to arrive, performed the service and was very pleasant to work with.

Our carpet and loveseats were sorely in need of cleaning. Sno-King worked us into the schedule for the day/time we needed, and an email arrived a few days before, giving us tons of info on what to expect and how to prepare (the only prep we had to do was move things out of the living room and make sure we had parking and a faucet available!). Bill called, then arrived even before the beginning of our service-call time window. He quickly gave a precise price, then got to work. He had a big job, given that the carpet is off-white and has had a year or more of use since a good cleaning. He worked steadily and was done in about two hours. The loveseats and carpet look great. On time, good price, quickly done, looks great. Can't ask for any more!

Kyle and Bill were pleasant, efficient and quite punctual -- they would have arrived an hour early if we had been able to open the house to them sooner. We also greatly appreciate Kyle's clear, immediate communication regarding scheduling and invoicing. So nice to see the carpeting close to its original color -- after 13 years, two kids and a dog things got pretty dirty.

They were great, polite and very effective, we can't see even a trace left of the stains.

I purchased the 3 room cleaning and stain guard deal from Angie's list. They did an amazing job getting many pet stains out of the carpet in my new home, the carpet looked like new! Kyle who did the consultation and the other employee who came to do the actual cleaning were both very friendly and professional and scheduling was easy and they were able to get it done quickly.

Kyle did a wonderful job! Originally, I wanted 3 rugs cleaned and the couch and loveseat, but that morning decided to ask about adding the chair and he was very accommodating. He examined all the items to verify their material. He recommended not cleaning one rug due to its construction, fiber, and type of stains. I appreciated his honesty that it may cause damage and not necessarily remove the stains. He worked quickly and everything looked great when he was done. He got out stains I thought were permanent. I would highly recommend.

They cleaned all the carpets in our home. They did a great job...showed up at the appointed hour and got it done. They even managed to get out a coffee stain on some white carpeting on our stairs.

He was very personable. He did a great job. He also ended up cleaning a couch that I had that had a big ink blot on it. I was getting ready to sell it and I ended up being able to spare it. It was $75 to clean up but he did a superb job. It looks practically new. He also did the stairs and did well with that. There was a spot that kind of came up and he came back and fixed that.
