Sno-King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Everything went very smoothly. Arrived on time. Very professional.

The tech who came to clean seemed new or poorly trained. He didn't have enough furniture leg protectors even though we removed all small pieces--wood rocker, occasional chairs and small tables, lamps, electronics, etc. from rooms to be cleaned. He wanted to rest furniture on bunched up paper towels but was positive about using aluminum foil instead to protect from wetness. Yet he left a bedside table on paper towels. Corner protectors were easily displaced by the hose, leaving the hose rubbing against the walls. He made numerous trips to the truck while wearing blue shoe protectors which eventually shredded and left bits of blue throughout the house. He was supposed to vacuum first but missed a large corner of the master closet in vacuuming and cleaning, and there were little bits of fur throughout the carpet areas. Had I known, I would have vacuumed everything myself before the cleaning. The cleaning took about 8 hours, the carpets were so wet that some weren't dry for 48 hours. Lastly, our rooms are larger than those in the original estimate and with pet marks, the final bill was about 1/3 over the estimate. Sno-King requested feedback on our experience, which was given a week ago. We were contacted by the owner who explained that they had missed our feedback to their request. He came by personally, discussed of our experience. He offered remediation which we accepted. He took full responsibility and we are now fully pleased with this company's response. Bottom line: the carpets are clean, spots are gone and there is no odor.

The set up to clean took 45 minutes. Breakdown after was slightly shorter. 10 days later the carpet looks dirty and spotted again.

The service was excellent. Kyle showed up on the time he indicated, we walked through the house listening to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything met with my satisfaction and brought my carpet back to life!. I highly recommend Sno-King.

The upholstery was great and when the opportunity to have my hardwood floors cleaned and polished I jumped on it. Kyle is so on top of things. He also took my rug and a week later returned it and it looks so good. Glad I have contacted him twice now!

Why can't service industry companies of all sorts perform their work and treat customers like Sno-King does?!? It's like dealing with Nordstrom from the first contact to the end of the job. Sean came out during the agreed upon arrival interval, cleaned the carpeting and finished as advertised. He gave special attention to dirt spots and provided instructions regarding dry time and how to contact him if any concerns develop later. He is very professional, but also very polite and kind. You might find a carpet cleaning service that will charge a little less, but why go that route when you can have a great experience with a local, family-owned company!

My first appointment with Sno-King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning went very well! Excellent customer service ahead of cleaning, by phone, incl. arrival time change. Once in my home, excellent explanations of the procedures, two different ones for my two different carpet areas. Extra efforts on difficult to clean spots. At the end, Kyle and Shawn were helpful with tips how to spot-clean. And they are the nicest crew, calm, kind and up on modern technologies and treatments. Thank you so much! I will see this company surely again in the Spring, for the rest of the carpets in my home.

the job was well done. They were prompt with the date and arrival time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They did the job well and quickly and were professional with the entire job. My sofa was old but they made it look new again and helped with the odors from pets. The price was a little high but overall competitive. I would hire them again.

The best, from the time I put out a "feeler" for quotes, etc. to the time Sam left. It was personalized to my needs, gave me a definite time/day, arrived right on time, was experienced and easy-to work-with. I chose the company due to their great ratings on Angie's List - and was not disappointed in any way. And - my sofa looks GREAT!

Quiet technician. Looks good post the cleaning. He did seem to be checking his phone frequently, I don't appreciate that too much. I also let them know their van left big oil stain in my driveway.

Did a wonderful job and the carpets look amazing despite being 30 plus years old. We have used them yearly for several years and are pleased with how our old carpets have held up with maintenance and care.

They were prompt in all communications including heads-up on the delay. Sam was great in explaining the process and explained clearly to me of his findings when they came up. Sam was very careful in protecting the flooring and the general premise, and cleaned up neatly upon leaving. I'd definitely use SNO-King again.

Kyle and Sam were incredibly professional. I spoke to Kyle over the phone to book the appointment and he answered any/all questions I had. Sam was the technician who performed the service and was incredibly communicative/professional throughout the cleaning. He explained all that he'd be doing, made sure to confirm what my exact concerns were, and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before he left. Full disclosure, our couch is essentially owned by our corgi pup and the many other pups we've watched throughout the years, so the smell of dog had permeated the couch and took over our house. Our couch both smells and looks so much better!
