Craig with Slabjack did a great job. I wasn’t sure this service would make a difference as the driveway really needs to be replaced. Grinding made a huge difference and hopefully with some patching it will be salvageable. Slabjack was very responsive and did an impressive job. I highly recommend their service!!

Crew was excellent. They were on time (actually early) and very professional. The work was performed quickly and jobsite was thoroughly cleaned up.

Three guys showed up right on time, they were all very friendly. The got to work immediately and did a great job on the concrete repair. There were a couple of difficult areas to repair, they were very patient and did a great job.

Absolutely superb communication throughout!! When they had an equipment glitch, both Jenna (office) and the crews called me immediately. They were totally concerned that I be well taken care of and to always know if there was a slight change. This was for a Condominium and the board was totally pleased. We actually had them do just a portion to try them out and were so pleased that we had them come back to do the rest.

Great experience with this company. I needed Slabjack to level an aggregate walkway and steps which had shifted over the years due to the neighbor's tree roots. The estimator, Brian, came out promptly and provided a detailed bid, photos and description of how they would do the work. I opted for the lower FTP scheduling price which means they could schedule my job when they have another in my area to reduce travel cost. I was told of my date well in advance. The two-man team (Craig and Steve) arrived a few minutes early, introduced themselves and got to work. They had to level four slabs of the walkway along with a landing and step. They worked patiently and carefully and got great results. I'm definitely happy with the work and recommend them. One thing to keep in mind is that the bid assumes a certain amount of poly foam will be used and the customer pays $5.00/lb over that. This is because the company can't know for sure how big the voids are under the slabs to be raised. I had $275 in overage but my total cost was still $350 below the other bid I got. Nice job guys!

It went better than I thought it would go. They did an excellent job and the two guys that did the job were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They filled the holes they drilled and with my aggregate walkway you cant even see them.

The crew did an excellent job. After close to 6 hours of nonstop work, my severely sunken garage floor was restored to its original height. It was like a miracle.

They arrived on time, explained the process and when finished had me come and review the work to be sure it met with my approval. From the office staff to the men who do the work they are a nice company to deal with.

The job was well done and I was pleased with the results. Just a note to help others in the future. If the arrival time is between 1100 - 1300, it would be expected that a call would happen to indicate arriving late. One hour to be exact. Either way the guy were very nice. C. Duane

The Slabjack NW crew was very efficient and professional. They took a look at the job when they got on site, described what they could and could not do, and got right to work. Once they were done, everything was cleaned up and the holes we patched. Only way I can tell they were even there is that my concrete patio slabs are now level with one another!

A mountain beaver had burrowed under my garage slab and proceeded to build its underground world. Slabjack NW came and force filled the hole and underground world with slurry from the hole's origin and then again through two holes bored through the garage floor. Everyone I dealt with at Slabjack NW, from Brian Lass who came out to do the original evaluation to the workers who actually filled the holes, was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company,

The crew arrived early and immediately commenced work. They fully explained the product they were using and how it would perform. One of the slabs supported a section of roof structure. The leveling of the slab needed to be slow and carefully monitored so no damage was done to the buildings structure. They were very precise in the process and nothing detrimental occurred to any structure or the slabs. I highly recommend "Slabjack" as a company with well trained and professional employees. I have used them before with great success, similar to this latest project and will use them again in the future.

The company is super responsive and professional, great to work with. When we discovered that the initial slurry injection didn't reach all the intended areas, they immediately and cheerfully scheduled a visit to fix it.

The work performed by SlabJack was outstanding! Both cement pieces now match the other existing cement slabs. Clean up was done to perfection! The work was done so well that I cannot find the holes that were drilled into the cement! I can't thank this company and their employees enough for such a top notch job that was done!

Very experienced, professional crew. They performed their work in a timely, customer oriented manner. Garage slab, aprons, and adjacent sidewalks were corrected for level, matching elevations and correct slope for drainage. All we’re left in broom clean condition after completion. A very positive contractor experience.

Best price and great work! Two other contractors priced the job with all sorts of unlikely contingencies and options. Slabjack NW priced the job for what it was: raise the stoop back to its original position. They also priced the job such that it would be performed at their convenience since it was a rather small job and I was in no hurry. I appreciated this! I'm completely satisfied, though the crew showed up an hour ahead of schedule and I wasn't home, so I missed all the action. There was a concern by the crew that the wood post supporting the porch/stoop would not return to the cutout hole in the soffit once the stoop was raised. I knew that might happen and gave the Slabjack NW guys permission by phone to whack the post with a sledge hammer if necessary to move it back to its original position. They did this with very minimal visible scarring to the post. The entire job took less than one hour. I definitely recommend Slabjack NW!

Overall it went fine- the slab looks nice and level, the workers were on time/courteous, price was reasonable, etc. Only complaint was that the drill holes (approx a dozen) were not made level when the workers refilled them with concrete - all had 1'4" to 1/2" depressions. I did not expect to have go get concrete patch material and fill/ level the drill holes myself after the job was done.

The Slabjack crew arrived on time, assessed the job and went right to work. My repair was done at the same time as my neighbor, Stan Reeve. The crew worked the hose down the hill to the job site, being careful not to damage and plantings of mine or Stan's. The crew was well manored and worked efficiently. Excellent from start to finish! Our 1963 home had several walkways that had settled unevenly over time along with a large void under our carport slab. Estimator Brian reviewed the job Initially and was very informative & personable, offering different options on his bid same-day. Their pricing was very competitive and once we reached an agreement Office Mgr Jenna kept us updated throughout the process on scheduling and what to expect. Installers Israel and Steve arrived on-time a week later, took extra care in not only the areas they were supposed to fix but also on the surroundings and in explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Later they patiently agreed to spend additional time on a particularly difficult spot at my request without any annoyance or frustration (many contractors do NOT want customer input or special requests!). Couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They did a very professional job. We had one item that needed follow up, but they took care of it quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

This was amazing to watch! To take a patio that was a disastrous trip hazard back to a flat, useable, part of the back yard.
