Description of Work: This is the second time I have used them in Five years. They poured around the front porch due to some erosion problems. The estimate and final costs were the same. They were professional in the estimate and very professional in the work. They drilled a couple of extra holes to make sure the erosion was only confined to one area and not the walkway. They were quick, I was able to ask questions during the filling process, and they were pleasant, and did not waste any time. The crew worked together very well in concert. I will be asking them again when I am ready for the next job that is already being worked.

Description of Work: Driveway was broken up and uneven due to tree roots. Replacing driveway was from $15k to $20k, so I thought for fraction of the cost, I'll try Slabjack and fix my existing driveway and see how it does. They did a great job at evening out the concrete, so now I can patch the cracks and it will hopefully keep it's shape for a few more years.

Description of Work: Our large patio had several cracks with deviations in elevation due to settling of the slab at one corner. They were able to regain the original elevation of the slab and completely eliminated the tripping hazard. Although cracks remain to be filled for esthetics, the slab surface is perfectly flat! Results were exactly as described at the estimate. Slab jacking was far less expensive than any other means to resolve the problem. The crew was very efficient and professional. I would recommend them highly!

Description of Work: Did a good job on our patio. They were on time, and completed the work in one day. My only complaint is that they did not do a very good job cleaning up. I know this messy work, but they left behind a lot of junk for me to deal with.

Description of Work: Bill, Senior Estimator, came exactly on time as scheduled. He was both polite and professional. He suggested the porch has probably not finished settling and that I should measure and call when it finally stops. He could have raised it now, but would probably have had to do it again in the future. He knew what he was doing and was a major asset to Slabjack. I will call in the future. Thank you!

Description of Work: Our challenge was to level or at least stabilize a 10' x 18' concrete slab that had a structure on it. Could not have asked for a more professional, responsive company to do my work. Our project was a little complicated and two other firms did not even give a quote after looking at the job. Slabjack estimator agreed that the challenges were founded but had no reservations about them being able to do it. Their personnell were on time, congenial, did the job to my complete satisfaction, and cleaned up so that one would hardly know they were there. All of this with a price that was to my liking. If all companies met the superior standards of Slabjack NW it would be wonderful!

Description of Work: This was a somewhat unique project since we were filling large voids under aggregate deck rather than trying to even up a walkway. Most of the work went well and is virtually undetectable. In one place the foam infiltrated the underground piping from our downspouts. We have lost the use of the downspouts going into winter. We knew going in that there was a slight possibility of this happening. I think it would have been better to live with the void under that area as it is turning out to be complicated to get this fixed. Hindsight is best.

Description of Work: I had a slab of concrete in my backyard against my house. It had settled and caused a puddle against the foundation of my house. They came early in the morning and were gone in about an hour and half. It was fast and clean and so much easier than breaking up the concrete and hauling it away. And no more puddle.
