+ -1 moreHorrible, see above. Work was never performed, he still has my money, and does not return emails or phone calls.
Description of Work: He took 50% down ($1033.64)on my credit card to schedule my install. This was back on 10/3/2013. He didn't show up for two scheduled installs, then dropped out of sight, not returning my increasingly frantic emails and phone calls. I filed a complaint with the AG, and he then contacted me on 12/4/2013 by email, apologized, said he'd been having medical and family problems, and promised he would refund the $1033 he had charged me. Now it's the end of the year, and I still don't have my money back. Since he told me he would refund the money, I have emailed him 4 times over the course of December, but never heard any update. I want to warn other people not to give money to him. If he does indeed have medical and family troubles, he has my sympathy. But as far as I can tell, he has simply stolen $1000, and will not give it back.

+ -1 moreThe installation of the gutters was not good. The water runs over the gutters and is running toward my basement. The installer is not responsive to my calls.
Description of Work: This was a sub-contractor that installed some rain gutters for me.
