We have used Seattle Paint and Drywall for our entire house, inside and out. They painted the exterior last year and did a great job. For the interior, we started last year and completed it this year. They arrived promptly, prepped, painted and cleaned up, all very efficiently. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them!

I?m very happy about the quality of the job and the cleanup afterwards, responsiveness and adherence to the schedule. Would be happy hire Seattle Paint and Drywall again. From the beginning of the project I was very much impressed by how well organized Seattle paint and drywall is. There estimate was delivered in a timely manner, all communications with David were prompt and to the point, explanations of different options to deal with the graffiti were excellent and description of the process and products very helpful. David was very thorough with the scope of the job, and had driven to the job site several times to take additional look at the state of the masonry and metal fixtures. Another challenge was the cold and rainy weather, and David worked hard to schedule the job during the few sunny days in early December, including the weekends. David had also been very efficient in handling a supplier's mistake which greatly helped us to stay on the schedule. Thank you!

The painting project started early fall and ended in early November. Weather was a challenge for the painters. David Fike did a great job coordinating and communicating with me and the painters. Lester (painter) was a steady worker and careful to accomplish a neat job. There were other painters early on in the project who were courteous and careful painters.

We had a good experience with our house painting. They did an excellent job, very high quality workmanship and cleaned up everything neatly and quickly. They were sometimes a bit difficult to get hold of but once we made contact, they were very responsive. When the job was complete, we noticed one back door a=hadn't been painted and they were there the next morning after we called to finish the job. The price was reasonable and their crew was friendly and professional.

They did an excellent job! They started with all of the prep work and pressure washing and once they started painting they moved very quickly. The workers were friendly and never left a mess. They came back to fix any spots that we told them about. They didn't ask us to pay until we were satisfied with their work.

Our project manager was David Fike and he was excellent. He was very communicative, prompt, and helpful with all concerns we had. They completed the project on time which was very important to us. There was one small problem at the end (the wrong paint was used on one door) and they quickly came back to fix. Would definitely use them again.

I noticed that the paint on my house was cracked and peeling in mid-July, almost too late to get a return call from paint companies that have been booked since spring, let alone get on their schedules. The representative from Seattle Paint and Drywall not only called me back, but he came out the next day (on time) and emailed me a free bid within 24 hours, as promised. He was quick to respond to questions and followed up to see if I had any other concerns. In the end, it turned out that my paint was failing because my siding had gone bad (nightmare), so I ended up going with a different company that could provide extensive carpentry services as well as paint. However, I was really impressed with Seattle Paint's professionalism and wanted to let everyone know - you won't be wasting your time by calling this company.

Good overall - a few missed spots and overspray but adequate.

The finished project went better than we had hoped. David made a thorough assessment of our (not so easy to paint) home and gave special attention to our LP siding which, if maintained correctly and well, will last; unmaintained it will require replacement costing thousands of dollars. The bid was very reasonable considering all the unique details of our home's exterior. David and his crew were very friendly and courteous. Their work was spectacular and their attention to detail was better than any other home painter I have ever worked with, including the fact that they used only the best quality paints (no cheap "big box store" stuff). They cleaned-up thoroughly at the end of every day and left a pristine exterior when they were finished. While I am certain the project required several additional hours, we were charged only for the original bid. I have no reservations in recommending Seattle Paint and Drywall for any homeowner who loves their home and wants only the best exterior job available. Next up: We will be calling David and SP&D next spring to paint our interior!

David was the friendliest of all the the people who came to bid, offering extensive information and advice for our new cedar deck. I really appreciate how willing he was to answer my questions and conserns. We called them at the busiest time of the year, end of August and they were willing to come and bid and even squeeze us in. We did have to wait a few days for the bid, but the one we got was in par with the others and very detailed. In the end, we went with another company based on a few ratings and timing. I feel like David really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

So we have now used this company 3 times. The first time was great, the second time not so great (which we previously reviewed on this site) and because this company cares and listens to their customers they came out for a third job for us, which ended up being excellent. The last job we had done was painting all of the millwork in my house. They got all of the work done in 4 days...this was a big job and 4 days was excellent! Also, not only did they do the millwork painting, but they touched up and filled and just went around and made all of our walls look really professional. I am VERY happy about this, I will definitely use this company again in the future if I ever need paint work done again. If for some reason something doesn't happen to go right with the job, I know that they stand behind their customer service and one way or another will make it right again. Excellent company to work with. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and CLEAN! We have a small dog so I was worried about paint chippings but the kept the area clean. The house looks wonderful, and we already have received compliments on it!

They did an okay job. I don't have any complaints or anything. They did a good job. They did everything that you would expect a painter to do. They caked everything off and put dropcloths down, a trail that led to the front door, so when they came in and out of the house, they wouldn't be walking on the carpeting or anything like that. They didn't make a mess or anything. They didn't spill anything. They were fairly priced. Their price wasn't over-priced. They respected my property. I'm looking at some of the work they did and it's still in good shape.

My home is a vacation rental, so I had a limited amount of time to complete the job. They guaranteed that the job would be completed within a a specific amount of time -- and everything was as promised. I was really impressed with the job, timing etc.

They did very well, showed up on time and completed the job in professional manor, I am very pleased with the job they did and will continue to use them.

They did a great job, showed up on time, did a nice job, cleaned up after they were done, they prepared the house first so the new paint job would last and made sure it was ready for the new paint, I plan on using them again in the future.

They were great! They arrived on time, did the work in one day and then followed up to see if we were happy with their work. There was one small area that needed repair and they came out the next day to fix it. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Seattle Paint & Drywall to anyone for any project, large or small.

The work was performed extremely quick...get in get out attitude and workmanship. I had to have all they painted retaped and painted over so I ended up paying twice and more for the job.

I don't remember all the details but from start to finish it went well except for when the owner or person I dealt with from the start went on vacation his crew did not show up or came late etc. The guy I originally dealt with made it right with me though by doing some painting for me for free.

Interior painting of kitchen ceiling, familiy room, entry, and upstairs hallway, to include cathedral celings in different color. Quantity of work performed was excellent for the money. However, masking of all baseboard trim was sloppy and I will eventually need to replace all baseboard trim. Also, one side of main entry way wall has roller marks/flashing; and cut-in between all walls and ceiling was done very poorly with sloppy result. All of this despite my emphasis to crew that getting best result (i.e. quality of job) was much more important than quantity.
