Description of Work: The painter was professional, kind and did a very good job. That is the end of our positive comments. The contact person from the company and the office did not return any of our calls. We needed to ask a question before the appointment day about the paint they use which would have saved us money when we purchased the paint. No call back so we spent more than we needed to. Also, when we tried to confirm the appointment (because we had scheduled it a few months prior and there was some question as to getting a painter on the holiday weekend), again no return call. We got the impression that our business was not at all important to them. Would not recommend Seattle Paint and Drywall.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our home. We had 4 colors in play and they were good, obliging and went above what we expected. The employees on site were very polite and professional. |Communication was good. I had many questions and there was always a prompt reply. |We would have no problem using their company again.

Description of Work: They did an exceptionally good job on the exterior of our three-level house. The house is on the side of a hill and one end is surrounded by trees and shrubs, making it a difficult job. Supervisor Anthony was great to work with -- as were workers Marvin and Lester -- and they included some small repair jobs on the cedar siding and trim for no extra charge. The job was originally scheduled for August, 2013, but was delayed until September because of overbooking. A little caulking was done, but then the weather got too wet and we had to wait 10 months for the job to be completed. Still, their excellent work was worth the wait.

Description of Work: Overall a decent experience. We had our eaves painted after a roof install. My only complaint was that the painters dumped about a quart of paint/water on some of the landscaping without hosing it off and it dried on the plants, eventually killing a small patch of ground cover. The paint job was great, though.

Description of Work: This company is unresponsive. I emailed a request for a bid and got no answer. Three weeks later I submitted a request for a bid on their website and again no reply. One month after the initial request I called and was connected to someone who was extremely apologetic. He came out the next day to have a look at my project. After further apologies in person a bid was promised forthcoming. After one week of nothing I left a voicemail and got no reply. It has been more than two weeks from our meeting and I've heard nothing. A polite no-bid would have been appreciated.

Description of Work: Worked with Kassidy, who bid the job and supervised the entire process. Kassidy outlined a few options to ensure a very high quality paint job that would last. Work performed: full exterior repaint of personal residence and garden shed. Clean/pressure wash, all prep work, oil-based primer, sprayed base coat, trim - two coats.

Description of Work: I have a two story 2400 sq foot house with 8" cedar lap siding and called Seattle Paint & Drywall for a bid. I spoke with a guy named Cassidy who was very professional and actually gave me a bid over the phone for $4500 which included two paint colors and two coats of paint on both the body and trim of the house. The bid also included pressure washing, caulking and sanding as well as cleanup and removal of all waste. Cassidy mentioned that their bids are usually in the middle of the road, but they do outstanding work and pay their guys a fair wage. I'm definitely willing to pay a little more for great work and great service and I really feel like I got it.

Description of Work: THE EXTERIOR OF MY TWO BEDROOM, TWO STORIED HOUSE WAS PRESSURE WASHED, SCRAPED, PRIMED AND PAINTED. THE PRIMER AND PAINT WERE SPRAYED ON AND THEN BACK BRUSHED FOR EVEN BETTER COVERAGE. A DECK AND A SMALL PORCH WERE INCLUDED.
