It went very well and on schedule. The garage doors were not painted the right color and when pointed out, they repainted the doors willingly.

Seattle paint & drywall helped me prep my house for sale. The washed down the entire house touched up paint where needed and painted the front door. We were under a tight time schedule and they worked their schedule around to help me out. The door prior to their work needed some serious help and after they were done it looked great. They really came through for me.

I asked Zakary for a estimate. He showed up promptly the next Monday and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. We had several exchanges via email and phone and he was always prompt to reply. I was representing several people in the search and we ended up going with another company. I sensed that Seattle Painting and Drywell would be very responsive, consicentious, and they seemed very knowledgeable about paint and surfaces. I would recommend them (and did) to others.

They were perfectionist about everything , neat, clean up well and high quality work. The also stained a very difficult home office in cherry ( any mistakes would have required a carpenter rework .

This was one of my favorite subcontractors. We visited our new house throughout its construction. The guys in the job were professional, friendly, very courteous, and did excellent work. They worked around many other professionals. The job turned out really well.

Great! Zakary from Seattle paint and drywall came out to provide us with a quote on some interior and exterior projects that we needed completed. He promptly provided us the estimate which was reasonable on cost. Salvador and his crew mate were highly professional and easy to work with. Julie the secretary was always pleasant and friendly. The job was completed on time and they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.

We love our paint job! They came in prepped and painted and cleaned up! They were careful around the shrubs! They answered all our questions. They showed up when they said they would. Patrick came by this year to to check on the paint job!!!

Called them for a service, made a deposit, and then discovered other things that prevented me to proceed with the job. The owner contacted me and resolved my issues to my satisfaction. He is very professional with integrity. I'll diffidently check with Seattle Paint and Drywall for my next project.

We received several bids for the repainting of our home exterior. SP&D was by far the most affordable option presented to us. We were required to do a bit more footwork around the job then we might have had to do with other companies which bid nearly double SP&D (I'm speculating, since this is our first full home exterior painting project). This included taking paint chip samples to the paint store, picking up the paint samples, and self testing the products in order to give our approval, vacuuming up the interior after the job was completed as well as monitoring a lot of the site work to find areas that needed touch-up, repair, or refinishing. Ultimately, this required maybe 20 hours of work from my wife and me to make sure that the job was done exactly as we expected. Zakary was responsive to our concerns and inspection notes and made sure that all issues were addressed prior to final sign off. The final product looks wonderful and we are very pleased to have it done for the price we paid. One additional thing to note is that SP&D does not employ a carpenter so if any repairs or patching to your home is necessary prior to the job, this will be your responsibility to arrange. We had some difficulty with this since we were trying to fit the project in "last minute" during the busy summer season. This isn't a problem with SP&D, it's just something to be aware of and took us by surprise since I assumed most painting companies would have staff to do repair work as part of the project. Some of the companies that we received bids from were able to do the repair work and others, like SP&D, required us to secure a provider for carpentry separately.

I left a message on a Wednesday (8/23/17) requesting a bid, and stating what and where the job was. That Friday I rec'd a msg from Patrick that his office person was out that week but would be back on Monday to help me. Monday a.m. I called the office and left a msg requesting a bid. No response, so Tuesday a.m. I called and left another msg. Never rec'd a call back. Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of Patrick's work because I chose another contractor.

Communication was not the greatest; showed up late a number of times; miscommunication between bidder and contractor; did not sand and prime raw wood as promised and quoted. The painters were very nice and friendly but overall I would not hire nor recommend them.

We received many helpful hints from Zakary during the quoting process, as we walked around the house. The quote was reasonable, though not the cheapest. We were pleased that power washing of driveways/walkways was included as a service. The biggest snag we encountered was a scheduling error. The power washing was scheduled for a Thursday over email, and I worked from home that day; but crews did not show up. I called, and found that they had somehow scheduled it for Friday instead. The painting job itself was done very well. I felt that Carlos and crew did a very conscientious job, attending to specific requests. Carlos readily answered our questions, and was also quick to follow up on any spots we pointed out as needing more work. We are happy with the quality, and would ask them again.

The job went great. Zac was easy to get a hold of, responsive and on top of things. Marlon was meticulous and seemingly tireless. On top of that, everyone was friendly and easy going. No stress. Just a beautiful pain job. My house is reborn.

They did a great job. Zakary always responded to texts, emails or calls very quickly. His team was wonderful (especially Saul who worked at my house everyday, answered questions, addressed concerns and was generally pleasant). Before they finished their paint job, we did a walk through and nearly all my issues were addressed. The final walk through upon completion identifying one remaining missed spot that has since been remedied. Overall, I was very pleased. Seattle Paint and Drywall was not the lowest price bid that I received, but I felt like they understood attention to detail and just how much effort it would take to make my home look great. They spent the time necessary to do it properly, which I really appreciate.

Everything went extremely well. The crew was hardworking and courteous, our estimator Zakary was responsive and easy to work with. The few minor issues we had were addressed quickly and correctly. Our house looks amazing!

They have only done residential interior repaints for us. The products used were both flat and semi gloss latex and semi gloss oil paints. The repaints were done on walls, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and trim. I am a very picky customer as I myself had a commercial painting company when I was younger. We have always been pleased with their work.

First the positives. Good price for work. Workers did some extra things like power wash sidewalks and removed oldburglar bars. Deck was well done and in the end paint job looked good. Negatives: job was very slow and behind schedule. They kept promising a bigger crew but the people either didnt exist or were pulled for other jobs. After I insisted on finish date the final painting felt rushed and I had to point out many flaws that eventually got fixed

Spectacular! They carefully took care of the old lead paint (we have children around as well as caring for the environment and our neighbors), protected all the plants, worked efficiently with great attention to detail, and were polite and quiet. When we discovered we forgot to ask for semi-gloss on the handrails, they just added another coat and handled it. They did excellent prep, so we know it will last. You won't find anyone better.
