These guys were fast! I most likely could have done this project myself, but last time I tried to remove wallpaper I made a terrible mess, and it took me forever! I figured it was worth it for my sanity. They were prompt, efficient and neat. They were finished well before the "allotted" time. They also made sure everything was covered and put back in order before leaving. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. Showed up on time, completed the work as expected, cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to work with.

The painters came everyday, worked from 9 till dark, and did a great job on my house. They cleaned up each day (no paint chips or drips), were very professional and friendly. I'm very happy, but I stii need to talk to Patrick about final inspection. I will hire them again!

We were very impressed with Patrick's professionalism and friendliness. We will definitely be working with Seattle Paint and Drywall in the Spring. Their bid was competitive and thorough. Patrick's crew helped complete a summer long basement improvement project. The concrete floors were a mess. The crew cleaned the floors and applied a durable epoxy that looks great. The crew arrived on time, worked independently and there was minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The estimate was the final costs--no hidden additions. The only surprise was how strong the fumes were from the epoxy --had I known, I would have vacated the house for the night. All in all, very happy with the results.

Overall the job was excellent.

I was contacted by the painter that was going to do the job by phone and described to him what I needed done. I was called when the work was completed, but was unable to see the work in daylight for a couple of days. Seattle Paint and Drywall completely met my expectations in everyway. Highly Recommended!!

I met two painter's on the job after the company contact gave me the lead painter's phone number. I was not able to be at the property after I let them in and showed them what I needed. When I returned after the job was finished, I found everything in pristine condition. My renters and I are completely satisfied.

I decided late in the summer that these items needed to be painted. Of course, it was also near the end of the good weather for exterior painting. With the assistance of Patrick Sears, he was able to work us into their schedule in which was no easy task. It was difficult scheduling but the times were set up. The crews showed up at the appointed times and after reporting in went straight to work. Each crew knew exactly what was to be done and they proceeded with dispatch. They all were obviously very experienced and worked in a most professional manner. I was impressed with the respect they showed for our property and plantings. I was also impressed with their work ethic. At the end of the day they cleaned up and carried away most of their equipment leaving the area around the house as they found it. They did report in at the end of the day to inform us of what had been done and what would be done next upon their return. All of the work was done in a most satisfactory manner. We are very pleased and will definitely use them the next time.

Did the project on schedule, billed the contracted amount, used the contracted material (paint brands and colors), and kept my tenants, both residential and commercial, satisfied. Will use them again for my exterior painting projects.

Seattle Paint & Drywall painted the exterior of my house and shed. They started earlier than estimated, and finished in a few days, not including pressure washing and time to let the wood dry. Painting was carefully done. After the main work was complete, one minor request (paint part of a gutter in the trim color) was quickly handled. Overall, the results look great.

Patrick was very professional. His crew was very considerate of the neighbors. Did everything I asked for. On time every day. Cleaned up all messes. Hauled away the garbage. VERY impressed!!

The painting job went very well. The painters arrived at 8:30am and stayed until about 6:15pm. They did a clean, complete job and finished an hour or so earlier than their estimated time. The paint was even and looked as I expected it to.

Everything went awesome i wish every service i'm forced to fork out my money for went this way. Called them up, i believe i spoke to patrick, he was really polite, he came out and e an estimate the next afternoon. Gave me a great number, they came out and got the job done perfectly and extremely quick. It went very well. The painting was done evenly with the walls having a completely finished look. It was not sloppy. Everything was painted cleanly.

From the beginning I felt very comfortable working with Seattle Paint and Drywall. They were extremely professional and prompt on getting the job done. I have worked with Seattle Paint and Drywall Company in the past and loved their team and the service they provided, so I chose them again to do the interior work on my home. Once again they were very promp and efficient in the work that they did. I would higly recomment this company to all my friends, family, and strangers.

The paint job looks beautiful, but the process was a little strange. I have a suggestion at the end for anyone who asks Seattle Paint and Drywall for a painting estimate. The painting: A two- or three-man crew scraped and painted the house. It's tall, and hasn't been painted for a long time, so it was quite a lot of work. They did a good job of cleanup when they left. It's a good paint job. The process: On about day three one of the painters told my husband they wouldn't be painting the front and back stairs to the house. I was surprised, and checked my estimate. It did say "siding" and I learned that stairs to the house are considered porches. I called the Estimator/Foreman and asked about this. He said there was rot on the stairs and so they didn't think we would want them painted. I was surprised, because I didn't know there was rot on the stairs. I said we did want the stairs painted too - they looked really bad against the rest of the repainted house - and asked for an additional estimate. The additional estimate was reasonable - $150 for the two sets of stairs - so I gave them the go-ahead. My husband later pointed out what he thought was the rot on the front stairs - it was an area the size of my thumb. There was no rot on the back stairs that we could find at all. They painted the stairs a day later and we will fill in the little hole in the front stair next summer. My initial reaction: who gets their house painted but not the stairs? I really think they should have included this in the initial estimate. If they weren't going to, then it would have helped if they had said that. I would still have accepted their bid. It was reasonable. My suggestion for anyone who works with Seattle Paint and Drywall is this - go to one of those "sample house painting contracts" and make sure that everything you want painted is listed specifically on their estimate. You might also want to make sure you both call and email when you contact them. They always answer the phone, but responses to your emails can vary by the person you are dealing with. I'd suggest calling for the contact, and then emailing to follow up and confirm for your records. And again I will add, the house looks great.

I was pleased when the gentleman in charge of the work showed up at 8:00 a.m., ready to get the job started. He meticulously checked over the house for any problem areas prior to starting the job (and politely asked me to close all windows that we had left open). He was very thorough in every aspect of the job, including being very cautious and careful with areas that were particularly fragile (our old gutters, for one). Our very old gutters were filthy and he managed to get them white again! And, as our housepaint is quite old, it is evident by the results that he was very careful to clean the exterior without blasting off the paint. Nicely done! As an aside, the gentleman was professional, meticulous, polite, and cleaned up afterward. We will use this company again, and I will be calling to get an estimate for painting the exterior of our home. Thank you

Two guys completed the entire job. They were very professional to have around, arrived when expected every day and were very careful around my plants....I have to say that not one flower or plant was damaged! They left things tidy at the end of each day and cleaned up well before they left the job. I had some unexpected travel during the week they were painting and had to leave some doors open for them to paint...they were great about working parts of the job around my schedule, where possible, and made sure everything was locked up when they left(while I was gone). After the job was done and paid for, I realized that there was a section of trim that we both forgot about....emailed and they were back the next day to complete that and touch up another area as well! I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again myself.

When the painter showed up I was quite worried. Just one guy to paint 3 rooms, which in my case, totaled about 500 square feet of living space. (In contrast, another painting company painted one 150 square foot room and it had taken the one painter the nearly the entire day.) When we discussed the job at hand, the worker himself was in disbelief/denial as to what the day's job entailed. He couldn't believe he was to do that much (nor did he seem to want to). I told him I couldn't believe it either. He probably needed another painter to help out. I explained that I had bought an Angie's List special for 3 rooms of painting and that I would be happy to get his boss involved so that we could straighten this out (and perhaps get another painter on the job). The worker called the boss (he didn't want me to talk to him for some reason) and after their conversation, he said 'OK, let's get started'. Somehow this fellow managed to get those 3 rooms painted just by himself; although, come to think of it, I did help him move furniture. It took him the entire day and he probably felt like he was sprinting the whole day but he did a better job than the other 2 painting companies I've hired. (Also Angie's List 'A' rated.) Another company did 2 rooms for me in one day (2 painters) and their work was clearly inferior to this Seattle Paint and Drywall painter. I hope he's available to do the rest of my house later this year.
