The first surprise was I was expected to pay for the shipping to the repair center form Las Vegas, costing me $25.00. A week later I get a call from the repair center telling me it was a scale blockage, that was not covered on the warranty and I was going to have to pay an additional $118.63. No one ever asked if I wanted to have any out of warranty repairs made before they were done. I would never have approved these repairs; I can buy this machine for less than $100.00 on eBay now! And get this; they even had the nerve to tell me they had discounted the repair cost because I only bought the machine a little over a year ago!! I believe this machine was never refurbished properly to begin with, and now they think they can keep my machine hostage because I am from out of state!!!! A little research online shows they have done this before to other customers. I decided not to pay for the repair, they can keep the machine. This way I am only out the $25.00. My lesson is, never buy anything that might need warranty work from someone who is not interested in keeping you as a customer. Oh, I would also stay away from buying a Saeco Sirena from them; it?s probably my machine being resold!!!
