From the fast, digitized bid with graphics, till the end of the job, I will say that this is one of the most professional, hard-working craftsman deck builders in the area. The bid came in comparable to other bids that I had received, but RTI offered more than the others I’d called. They arrived as scheduled each day on time and made parking accommodations as needed so that we could get our vehicles in and out of our driveway. The crew were friendly and hard working during the challenging weather, and built a beautiful deck on a challenging slope. The crew were as careful as they could be around our plants and materials in our yard in addition to cleaning up as they went. The deck looks beautiful, and for any issues that that I’d questioned, they were quick to respond and resolved any challenges in the build process that we faced. This with our first composite deck, and I had no idea what to expect, but RTI did a wonderful job, communicating along the way in addition to doing exceedingly quality work! They also moved our furniture off and back onto the deck. Every single employee that came on site to work our job was professional, kind, and hard-working. If you want a high quality deck builder, I would highly recommend RTI!

We’re so pleased with the deck that Tj’s team installed. They worked incredibly hard removing a hideous old cracked cement patio (which was no easy task) and replaced it with a beautiful composite deck that we will enjoy for decades to come. We recently had RTI Services build a new deck attached to the side of our house, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The composite decking looks great and it's so nice not to have to worry about refinishing the wood every year. TJ and his team were great to work with and the price was competitive with other quotes we got. We would definitely use RTI Services again.

We installed deck recently and it turns out to be great investment. The material feels solid and low maintenance. The deck work is well done with considering where the hose and electrical layout. We added lights around the deck, and it looks beautiful at night. We also had a small pergola that build into the deck, which makes a perfect blend into the garden. We are very happy to work with TJ and his team, very responsive and we had efficient communication during the project that makes the project goes smoothly.

It is rare to work with a company that comes packed with both work ethic and work quality. Our deck was a difficult second story deck, where every post needed replacing and we decided on a high-end Trex decking. The crew arrived on time every day, they worked diligently through pouring rain. They were polite, professional and work steadily through the entire day. Any ‘surprises’ (in our case, carpenter ant damage) they were quick to show us and to quote prices problems that came up. In the end what we hoped for was a beautiful deck and RTI did not disappoint! They created a beautiful cut on the stair treads and framed out the lighter decking with a darker color that frame out the deck in a way that shows the skill level that they have. We couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous deck! Thanks, RTI!

TJ and crew are a fantastic team. Great communication from start to finish. Safe and clean worksite setup and cleanup! I now have a beautiful skillfully constructed deck. They built two other decks in my neighborhood which is how I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone wants a smart dependable contractor.

We had a great experience with RTI. They came by to double check the work and even saw something that needed to be fixed and did it. They didn’t try to upswell me or convince me to do things I didn’t want. They listened to my needs and gave me a bid for that. Everyone was very nice and courteous! I would highly recommend them.

Quality work. I came by RTI Services quite by accident & while discussing another potential project found they also do decks /porches. I had another company coming out for a bid so asked RTI to do the same. The time, effort, detail & price provided by TJ @ RTI left no doubt they were the choice. The front porch is beautiful - as many neighbors - who gave unsolicited approval attest to. I again chose RTI to replace a very old back deck with 2 smaller decks which beautifully match the front. RTI had an excellent crew member work on each project. And some 42 year old cedar siding was sorely in need of replacement - done AND stained by TJ. And while I worried about rain before completion, TJ protected & secured the exposed side of my house with plastic. All professionals all the way.

The team from RTI did a fine job replacing our old deck and front porch. The estimate process was through, fair, low pressure and professional. They even suggested we could save some money if we kept the deck the original height and used some of the existing structure. The workers were on time, did their day's work and kept the site clean. There was a delay with the railing we wanted, and we were kept informed. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, and we are very happy with the professionally done work! We were impressed with everyone's craftsmanship and how good the finished product looks! We've used it many times for proper socially-distanced gatherings. We recommend RTI Services!

Josh from RTI Services was professional and did a good job refinishing my concrete floor in my home office. He stuck to the schedule and budget, and he also communicated well throughout all phases of the project.

I have hired countless contractors for work on my homes over my lifetime and the RTI team is definitely one of the best! They acted professionally every step of the way. All the way from initial assessment and cost estimate to the day-to-day work and the final walk thru and clean up. The communication was top-notch. I knew exactly what was being done and when it will be done. My project was especially difficult as it required working on a 4th story deck and access is by going up and over the roof or going up a 40+ foot ladder. They took the challenge of applying a multi-layer Westcoat surface on my deck without removing my aluminum and glass railing system (which cannot be removed without extensive damage to the railing system). The refinished deck surface was beautiful and we are very happy with their work. The team of TJ, Brian, Ryan, and Axle were all hard-working professionals who are courteous and considerate of our needs. We highly recommend RTI to anyone who can use their services.

RFI did a fantastic job, they hit their price and timing perfectly. The team working on the deck was professional, accommodating and informative. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the deck looks amazing as is better then when it was originally built.

We solicited proposals from (3) contractors and TJ was by far the most professional and informative of the people we met with. We decided to go with RTI because of their experience, and professionalism with the proposal they presented to us. Throughout the construction process they kept us informed almost on a daily basis of the upcoming activities for the week. We had an issue with the material which TJ quickly rectified with the manufacturer and got us back on track. The final quality, cleanliness, and overall professionalism of the project was unsurpassed. Highly recommend!

RTI did a nice job with replacing the cedar deck with composite flooring and rail caps. They did nice high quality work and the deck floor now looks much better than before. RTI provided a quote that was quite a bit lower than competitive bids, and they were also the ones that could start soonest. TJ was always very responsive to any questions that I had with regards to the project.
