Roundhill Fence

Two weeks went by and no Casey. We called again and he said he had an emergency but would be by the following Monday to start. This was now mid October 2014. The arranged start date came and went with no Casey again. My wife called in early November to see what he was up to after several calls from myself went unanswered. Casey claimed to have been in the hospital but would be getting out soon to work on our fence. It's now the end of January 2015 and I have called and emailed several times to get Casey to respond with no luck. Our patience has run out on this one and will be filing reports with the authorities, BBB, and anyone else that we can to find Casey and try to recover our deposit of $3500 Do not do business with Casey Anderson & Roundhill Fence under any circumstance. This from a previously happy customer who referred business multiple times to Casey & Roundhill. Rob S.

We have a steeply sloping lot, and the fence hugs the landscape all the way around, looks fantastic, reasonable cost, and is a real beautiful addition to our home. Casey came highly recommended, and I will be recommending him as well. Thanks Roundhill!!

Since I had a crazy schedule, it took longer to get a date set for the fence installation. Casey and Jade really worked with me to get the timing I needed.

The company was a little difficult to reach on the phone, but they are diligent about returning calls and responding to follow-up questions. Once the work was scheduled they arrived on time, worked hard, finished quickly, and left the place spotless. They were willing to work around landscaping (other fencing contractors wanted vegetation removed/transplanted), and did minimal damage to plants. They also were willing to work directly with my neighbor, who shares responsibility for the fence, so at the end the neighbor received one bill and I received another.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies for my husband and I as well as 3 of our neighbors, we settled on Roundhill Fence. We have been very happy with our decision. The representatives of the company were professional and friendly. The price was very competitive, yet we were very happy with the quality of the work.
