Description of Work: We employed Rhonda as our Buyer s agent to sell a rather uninspiring flat roofed rambler in a less than desirable neighborhood, at a time when the property market was turning "soft" (!) We were looking for properties in the North Seattle area and Rhonda focused on exactly what our needs were and within our price range. She found homes in a efficient and timely manner and showed the selected properties to meet our busy schedule, convenient to us (usually weekends and evenings). She also worked well with all third parties involved, in a first class and professional manner, keeping everyone on track. The marketing of our place was second to none; the brochure alone was so beautifully presented that it really made our rambler shine and stand out from the rest. Her advice on how to show our home and suggestions to improve its market value were spot on, too! We ultimately bought a FSBO and Rhonda handled the delicate negotiations (we were contingent buyers) with good humor and care.

Searched North West Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) for North King (Shoreline) and South Snohomish (Edmonds) counties in Washington, provided updates on new listings almost immediately after listing, showed homes in our price range, screened homes, provided feedback on escrow and hold-back agreement, liased well with attorney, escrow, seller's agent and seller, followed through after closing on unfinished work on the house owed by seller.
