Description of Work: We had a home inspection by Paul Rogers. He did a complete inspection with infrared camera, he was in the crawl space and on the roof. He missed the complete rat infestation in crawl space, the gutters are put in wrong, the gas fireplace is not up to code and emits gas into room, the wood burning fireplace has had a fire and has water damage, you can see this damage just looking at it. I had a chimney sweep as he recommended and found out that is is a total loss and would most likely caught on fire if we had started a fire. Our french doors that are on two separate floors were installed wrong and leaking. The oven ventilation was not right it was venting for a dryer, that was also visible inside the cabinet. He missed a live wire in our garage and the list goes on and on. We had a city inspector come to our house two months after we were in the house and he found and documented most of these problems. I tried to talk to Paul Rogers about the items he missed and asked for a refund and he refused. This has cost us so much money and could have cost us our lives if we had a fire in either of the fireplaces. We have documentation to support all of this.
