Description of Work: Needed to create a bathroom in the basement which had countless obstacles. 4 other contractors couldn't see past the problems and claimed the cost would exceed the end-value. Jim saw all the same hurdles but realized it was fully doable. The bathroom is exquisite.

Description of Work: We are having our carpeting replaced and needed our sub flooring fixed since it had many areas where it was creaking. Reid gave us incredible service and fixed all areas in the sub flooring.
