It was inconsistent. The actual clean up of the water was done quite well. We decided to have them do the actual repair also. (It is done by a partner company, but they are closely linked). The wooden floor repair was absolutely top of the line and a very professional man. If it were him alone I would have given them an A+. The other repairs to the utility room and kitchen were okay. The workers were always very nice, but mistakes were made. They took responsibility for one of their mistakes and fixed it so we cannot fault them too much for that. We are still waiting to have the other problem repaired and they are not responding to our requests for the status. That is why we have really downgraded them, particularly on professionalism and responsiveness. We trusted them enough to pay them for the part of the job that had been done, because they told us they were just waiting on their supplier for the last bit. Fool me once...
