hardwood floor
 + -1 moreOh I just described how it went so I guess now I will describe what they did! Haha. Okay. So they took out my old floor, they installed new ones. It was tricky hunting down the exact materials that we needed. Also, we wanted slightly different colors in different rooms so It required a lot of precision cuts and standards. We also got some laminate done, some tile in the bathrooms, we basically gave our house a face lift and they were able to handle it all. It was nice to just call one service and not call a lot of different people. They can handle a variety of different situations and different tasks which is a relief for me since I do not have the time to be calling and scheduling estimates!
Description of Work: Chris came by and gave us a free estimate. I liked him immediately because he was so family friendly. Even my dog liked him! He was able to get back to us a few days later about what the costs would be broken down bit by bit. He has an assistant actually help with the work, but also a personal assistant as well. I was in love with their unique customer service...it went real smooth. When we had a few issues with materials, his personal assistant hunted them down. Then they had an issue when they discovered water damage but was able to get it solved fast. I'd highly recommend these guys! I actually was happy when they showed up everyday! It was so great to have some company even if their machines were loud! They worked around my work schedule and had no problems coming and going and when it came time for the little odds and ends to be completed, they came back to finish even they had been paid. I can't tell anyone enough what a joy these guys are and reasonably priced. They even helped me carry my groceries one day! The invoice was easy to read and clear. I am very happy with my floors and everyone always comments and says wow, what gorgeous floors who does that? I'd say seattle, use these guys over and over! And they are a general contracting company so they do almost everything. They are coming back to do my deck next. Highly recommend them verses squirmy and unreliable contractors I have used in the past!
