 + 3 moreABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! We've used Toni (Phoenix Construction) for projects dating back 15-20 yrs!! She completely remodeled my inlaws home (2 bathrooms, kitchen, all lighting and plumbing, refinished hardwood floors and more), Our home: full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, all of the lighting and plumbing, all baseboards and window casings, all cabinets, backslash and tile work, heated floors, expanded primary closet and more. Redid all baseboards, lighting and other interior work on my SIL'S condo in Federal Way. I would love to work with her again and she also taught me how to do tile work which I loved! ABSOLUTELY 💯 recommend!!

Description of Work: Was going to do a complete renovation of our home, Toni walked us through the process, presented some great ideas on design and function, and was great at offering options. She showed us some of her previous work which was very impressive. Unfortunately after talking with our realtor and financial adviser, we decided to sell the house instead. I was truly sad that we weren't going to be working with Toni and see her design thru to the finished project. She was just really great to work with.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Phoenix Construction could not have been better. They saved us money,and finished project on time. They were very creative, yet listened to what we needed. They work on only one project at a time therefore were able to set and meet time lines promptly. We feel we received top quality craftmanship and many extras that another contractor would not take the time to do.
Description of Work: Phoenix Construction did a major remodel on our 6000sq.ft.home. They remodeled main level; kitchen, family room, formal dining room, entry way and added a kitchen, media room, living room, bedroom and laundry room on our lower level. They tiled two fireplaces in marble, tiled kitchen counters in granite tiles and did floors in porcelin tile with natural stone accents in kitchen, bath and hall. Carpeted the media room, bedroom and living room with high quality carpet and pad. I have sent more information in another form so hope it is added to this.
