 + -1 moreThe guy called me back, but couldn't ever get the email address correct and send me the estimate. I repeated it to him several times, and he would say he sent it, but I never received anything, not even in the junk mail. I don't think he sent it or sent it correctly. After a while I got tired of the feeling that I got the run around. Felt untrustworthy to me and very frustrating.

 + 3 moreVery good. I have no complain. The work he did was excellent. The price was reasonable and he was really a nice guy.
Description of Work: He did roof patching, replaced fascia and general handyman. Did my chimney and put a chimney screen to keep the birds out.

Description of Work: They reinforced and fixed, repaired the structure that I had. Like a gazebo.

 + -1 morePelayo Construction was available on the day I called and started the project the following morning. This was a great relief to me since I was concerned about the integrity of the garage door. The showed me how the project was going and informed me of the various steps the correct the damage I saw and what they discovered after starting the work. I was very pleased with the work, professionalism, availability and work ethic. I would strongly recommend Pelayo Construction and do plan on using them again.
Description of Work: I discovered I had wood rot in a garage post. But upon further examining the post, I realized it was much more than a simple repair. The damage was more severe than I thought. Pelayo Construction was available on the day I called and started the project the following morning.
