Everything has been more than satisfactory since she has been working for us for over a year now.

I called Pam to discuss the housecleaning services we needed. As she was not at home when I called, I left a phone message, which she returned quickly. We agreed upon a date and time, and when the time came, she arrived promptly. We did a quick walk-through and decided what could be done in the 3-hour period I had arranged for. I have two cats, and Pam has a slight allergy, so I shut the cats outside while she was working. Pam vacuumed the specified rooms thoroughly, using my vacuum. Then, she proceeded to clean the kitchen, including doing a beautiful job on/in the stove, microwave, and countertops. She also did an excellent job on the kitchen and hallway hardwood floor. She finished by cleaning the bathroom, leaving every surface beautifully shiny. Pam prefers not to use the harsher chemicals, which I appreciated. All-in-all, she did exactly what we wanted, when we wanted, and how we wanted. Great job!!

I have been very happy with her. I had a very dirty house with a lot of cleaning to do. She cleaned very well, and I was pleased with her. I?ve had her twice at least, I think, and I am going to have her again soon. I spent $132 for four hours. I haven?t had anybody else to do the work recently, and so I wouldn?t know how her price would compare.

Though she was punctual and came to my house to look at it, she was offended that I told her about the things I expected her to do in the four hours she would be here. I simply wanted to ensure that her expectations matched mine. She told me she would be "on edge" cleaning my house. In addition to that, even though she had her own company, she wanted me to write the check out directly to her which puts the responsibility of the employer side of FICA tax on you, the employer (I'm a CPA so I know what I'm talking about here). When I told her I needed to write the check out to her company, she defended her position. I question the prior high grades she has received because my experience did not match those at all. My overall experience was in direct opposition to her prior reviews.

Pam was punctual about getting back to my inquiry. She spent time to do a personal walk through prior to the first cleaning, which was great because I could point out my particular view of problem spots and she could provide reality checks of what could be accomplished in four hours. Pam has cleaned for us twice now and I hope she's with us for a long time to come. She's punctual and it's such a joy to come home to a clean home, giving me more time to actually enjoy my family!

Overall, she did great. We came home to a clean smelling house (she used her own cleaning products) I asked her to do a couple of things I though she should be doing (wiping the fingerprints off the inside of the bathroom door). We would have continued to use her, but we're doing construction and there's no point. One day my son's friend came by to pick up my son's motorcycle helmet, which was sitting out in plain view in the kitchen. She called me to verify that this was ok to do, rather than just giving him the helmet, We thought this was great. We will hire her again if we hire another housekeeper.

Pam always arrived on time to clean our 3 bedroom rambler. She was efficient, got the job done right, and was good with my young kids following her around and wanting to play with the Swiffer! Unfortunately we moved and cleaning services didn't fit into our budget anymore. But I would hire her back in an instant. I don't recall the exact charge, but I believe it was around 24.00/hour.

She did a really good job. She was very friendly and easy to deal with. She answered any questions and did exactly what I had asked her to do. She was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive to my call.

We've had Pam over to clean twice monthly for several months. She is ALWAYS punctual, extremely thorough and extraordinarily kind (my husband is usually home while Pam is here and he always speaks fondly of their conversations). Our wood floors literally shine after she's been here and the ever-present dog hair (our lab sheds year-round) is completely gone from every surface in the house. I always thought those "dog people" were strange, but I now realize I've joined their ranks and recognize my dog's affection for Pam (and her patience with him!) as a testament to her character. Jasper literally knows "Pam Tuesdays" from every other day on the calendar and waits in the living room for her arrival; Pam graciously allows him to follow her through the house as she cleans. I HIGHLY recommend Pam's services.

She is great. We love how well she cleans and it has been a pleasant experience working with her. We have no complaints. We trust her and would recommend her services to others.

Pam was professional and friendly. She arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning both the main floor and the lower floor of the apartment I was moving out of (6 hours of cleaning). My landlord called a couple days later and said she was very pleased with how clean the apartment was and asked for the contact information of the person who had cleaned it in order to hire them herself. Thanks Pam!

Pam promptly answered my inquiry, gave me an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the work within a week of calling. She actually came over in the evening, after completing another job during the day. I had a list prepared of what I wanted cleaned, and she did exactly what I asked. The only thing is, she had to work using only the overhead lights, since the house was empty and it was night time - so she missed a few things - not her fault. Pam is very professional and thorough. The house looked (and smelled) wonderful after she was done.

Called Pam because the nature of her recommendations commented on quality of her work. This was important to us. She responded promptly to our call. Scheduled to do the work in a few days. Showed up promptly and was thorough in her work. When we have more cleaning to be done we will use Pam. Besides being a hard worker Pam is a cheerful lady, a pleasure.

She worked around my crazy schedule, and did a 4 hour cleaning/organizing job that is one of the best I've ever gotten. So many house cleaners start out really energetic, and then slow way down, esp after 3 hours. Her energy is great, and she leaves a very polished/clean look. I'll definitely hire her back, we had to do a pretty broad job because there was so much to cover and not enough time to really focus closely on one area, but I know that she'll pay attention to detail, and plan to have her back to do more detailed work. She's tops, and I'd definitely hire her again.

We contacted Pam by email, and she responded promptly to schedule a day and time to come to our house. When an emergency came up and she had to change the time of day, she gave us plenty of notice. We met Pam at the house and then left so that she could clean without working around us. (We were able to leave our small dog at the house.) Pam locked the door behind her when she left. When we came home, we could immediately tell the very positive difference -- there was a clean smell, countertops were practically shining, and there were no dust bunnies on our hardwoods. The price quoted was $25/hr for a minimum of four hours for our size house, and that's exactly what we paid. We had house guests a week after Pam came, and it was a relief to just have to tidy up, since Pam had left things so clean. We couldn't be more pleased and have already scheduled the next cleaning.

Everything about working with Pam has gone smoothly. She is punctual, pleasant and very thorough. While she is here, she is working diligently the entire time. She notices things that need to be done and does them without needing to be told. She understands what it means for something to be clean as opposed to just wiped down.

She came on time and did much to keep us on task so we could work together to get the job done. Aside from some decision-making we felt we had to do, I do not doubt she could have sorted and cleaned the room more efficiently herself. She was good-natured and upbeat through all, and after six hours or so, she left a habitable space that was an unrecognizable delight. She is plucky, energetic and thorough.
