Description of Work: The mast step on my sailboat had torn loose and needed to be rebuilt. My contact is a sailor and knew exactly what needed to be done. The job was done quickly and professionally and cosmetically looked great and is much stronger than before. The only reason I did not give them all "A"s is because there was a bit more mess to clean up than I expected and some wires were cut which lead to the mast lights. While I understand why they needed to be cut (they were in the way of the new, larger mast step area), I would have been a bit more careful had I been doing it myself. Because of the way they were cut, it required some re-stringing of the wires instead of simply reconnecting them. This is more of a communication thing and the fiberglass work was truly excellent.

 + -1 moreThe price, efficiency and workmanship of the repair were excellent. However, the condition in which my boat was returned to me left something to be desired. The interior furnishings that were removed for the repair were not reinstalled properly; installation hardware was missing, work area needed to be cleaned up better (dust vacuumed from carpet and carpet reset properly), seat backing was damaged; bilge pump intake was blocked by paint and debris. Even though I had full canvas for the boat, it was not made use of and excessive water was allowed in the boat. I am unsure at this time if I would recommend them to fellow boaters or use them again.
Description of Work: I had impact damage on the starboard side of the fiberglass hull of my boat that needed repair.
