Mo was great to work with. Our two story home needed some TLC and Mo and his group were outstanding. They met our deadline, they were very responsive and friendly. We hired Emerald Pro Painting to paint our two-story house on Lake Union. This included power washing, carpentry repairs to railings, and replacement of newel posts and some railing spindles. Three colors: body, trim, and doors. Emerald Pro did a fabulous job from start to finish. They power washed, did repairs and prep, then painted the entire house. Everything was done expertly and the end result is more wonderful than we imagined. The house looks gorgeous. Neighbors and friends are all commenting on it. In addition to being absolute professionals, Sam and Mo are delightful and trustworthy people. We would happily hire them to do any paint job we have.

I needed my deck restaining and resealing. Mo & Sam did an excellent job from the prep work through to the finished work. Very professional. I really appreciated the fact that they were always available on email or text to answer any question I had and communicated with me frequently throughout the whole process. Sam and Mo from Emerald Pro and their crew were wonderful. Our project kept getting delayed because a different company that I hired to replace my gutters kept delaying. Emerald Pro was very understanding even when the gutter company was still on site after they should have been gone and Emerald Pro was to begin their prep work. Emerald Pro was very professional and made sure at every step of the way that any questions were answered and that we understood what they were doing and that we were completely satisfied. Our house looks amazing, all the trim looks very sharp and clean and I feel even better knowing that we have a 3 year satisfaction guarantee. When I got our initial quote from Sam last February, he was a very quiet and nice man and was not very specific in giving details of the prep and painting process. He kept saying, "We will do a really good job, it will look great, and we'll make sure that you're happy." The day before, I had a guy from another painting company come and be much more specific and detailed in their approach and what I can expect. However, that other company's quote came in at $11,400, and Sam's came in at $4,450 not including paint and supplies. Once I talked with a reference who assured me that Emerald Pro is really great and professional in every way, I felt confident in Emerald Pro and the job they would do. I am so glad that I chose them. We are beyond pleased with the overall quality of work that Emeral Pro does, and we have gotten many compliments on our house. It's like night and day. Everyone we dealt with was kind and efficient and very skilled. There was a small issue with bubbles coming up in the paint on our newly replaced porch boards. Sam came out three times to fix it and only one small persistent bubble is still there. Sam said that he will come out next Spring and make sure that it is perfect for us. I'm planning on having them back to do an indoor painting job in our back study this fall/ winter.

FANTASTIC!!! The team was VERY professional and worked hard. The lead man, Sam, let me know how the job would go; They took extra time to prep the job well ( bubbling, peeling... it had it all) They had a pride in their work. And they REALLY knew how to paint WELL. The job was bid in 2 parts- Labor and supplies- When they finished I can honestly say I have never seen a quality paint job like this from anyone else I have used- Its the best my little house has EVER looked... even after previous paint jobs!! the only number for a pinter you will ever need!!!

Emerald Pro Painting did an excellent job! Our house feels like it's brand new! Sam and Mo were great to work with. They were always on time, friendly and professional. They were very detail oriented and cleaned up after themselves each day. Mo did a great job with the prep, making sure every crack and seam was filled and primed before painting. Their work is very high quality and it looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the job they did. We will definitely recommend them to anyone for their painting needs, and will be using them again in the future.

We chose Emerald Pro Painting because their bid seemed fair and because they were able to schedule our job right away. While the horizontal surfaces (the floor, steps and rails) sorely needed repainting, I thought we could save some money by not repainting the verticals (balusters and lattice work). It was a pleasure to have Sam and one other painter do this work. Several positives stand out: It was a pleasure working with them - 1 - Without increasing his price Sam repainted all the verticals as well as the horizontals! 2 - this was the third time we have had the deck repainted, and neither of the others did the thorough prep job and clean-up that Emerald Pro did, 3 - Sam himself moved all the furniture, outdoor cooker, and for heavy planters off our deck and and then back on four days after the paint had dried, and 4 - he guarantees his paint jobs for 3 years.

We are delighted with the job that Sam and his Emerald Pro team did. In addition to the excellent quality of their painting, they did many little things that showed they cared and paid attention to detail. We have lots of mature plantings close to the house, and they protected them all. Also, we asked to be scheduled within a certain timeframe, and they did it well within that; in fact, they finished over a week early. The area around the house was clean at the end of each day. And the house and deck look fantastic. We gathered 3 bids for this job, and Emerald Pro's price was right in the middle of them. But even more than price, we chose them because of the feeling we got from Sam when we met him. High integrity from start to finish. We look forward to asking them to to do interior painting this fall.

Mo and Sam couldn't have done a more professional paint job, and all the while they were prompt, courteous, kept everything clean and dust free. The area they painted looks just beautiful. We ended up changing a color midstream -- they handled it with grace and flexibility and we appreciate SO much how easy they were to work with. We'd use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional painting team.

Emerald Pro Painting came out and gave us a free estimate to paint our home and stain our deck! They followed up a week later after I got a few additional estimates to see how they compared! They were by far the most afforadable! I then checked their references and they recieved glowing reviews! We agreed on a start date and when another job held them up a few days they communicated with me and we established a new date! They arrived at the appointed time and began the job! They were very conscience and treated our home as they would their own! They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed up the paint chips every day! The job went smoothly and was finished in a timely manner! We were really happy with the finished product and would gladly recommend them to friends and family!

They followed through with what they said they were going to do and then more. Even after they finished the job, they came back to review any last details they may have missed. They sanded and refinished all our soffits on our house. They did not start to varnish until they were totally satisfied with the work. They also had to paint our deck railing which was terribly rusted and they were able to get it to look like new. We are very happy. It helped a lot that they were also really nice!

The painters showed up on time and did a quality job. They painted 2nd floor sections of the exterior of a home. As it turned out, the previous paint needed much more peeling than I had thought. They were able to peel large sections of the house and paint it in the course of a day. In addition they painted my garage door and other sections of the home where paint was peeling. They communicated with me every step of the way (I was not onsite) and took pictures both before and after. I also forgot to provide the primer as I under estimated the amount of peeling required. They provided their own primer without any additional cost to me. All in all, this experience could not have gone any better. These guys are true professionals and I highly recommend them.
