Our HOA hired NW Coast Painting to stain our community fence and weâ re so glad we did! They were affordable and Homer and his crew were pleasant to work with. It was a fairly large job and they were able to complete it in one day, and our fence looks fantastic! We suggest to maintain communication, scheduling, etc. once contact is signed but otherwise we highly recommend this company and also plan to refer them and hire for future jobs.

Everything about Northwest Coast Painting is beyond expectations. They painted our kitchen cabinets, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. They made our home beautiful. I will definitely use them again without a doubt!

We definitely made the right decision to use NW Coast Painting to paint and update our kitchen, living room, dining room, and exterior. We found them via referrals from a major kitchen and pantry shelving company we used, and a major paint supplier company. The process started by the owner Homer offering ideas about colors and design, and listenng to what we wanted. Homer also offered a very competitive price. When the work started, they took great care to cover and protect areas and things not being painted. The results are great. The kitchen cabinets and island look new with modern colors and hardware, backsplash tile, etc. We love the new colors in the living and dining room. The exterior painting is also fantastic to include the prep work, colors, and overall great look. Homer also arranged for an excellent plumbing service. Homer and all the workers were always polite and considerate that we were living in our home. The whole process was very professional to include a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy, and all our expectations were met. In short, their workmanship, attention to detail, and overall customer care was exceptional.

Homer and his crew are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them. We have used them personally for our house (interior and exterior) and have also recommended them numerous times. I am a real estate broker and use them for several clients as well. Customer service is A +++ and their workmanship and attention to detail always makes me happy.

These guys went above and beyond! Homero was always extremely responsive to any questions we had. Great communication, very neat work and the cleanup after was as if they were not even there. 5 Star was recommended to me and I didn't even get a competing bid. The price was quite reasonable and the service from the bid,contract, selection and work was great. I'd made a couple of bad choices, but the painters themselves were able to explain what colors and style made more sense on the spot and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

I got 3 bids. Five Star was the lowest bid, and because of our discussions when he came out to look at my house to prepare the bid, I liked Five Star better than the other 2. In the past I have not taken the lowest bid, but this time I did and they did a very good job.

Homer is professional and courteous. (work was done in July 2020). His crew did a great job, quick/efficient, did the touchups we requested. My neighbors watched and wanted their name because they were very impressed by the work!

Great first impression. Competitive estimate vs. Quality. Overall the quality was just ok. I asked to get the wood including the white on the house painted. Finding that the sides of my windows were not painted because they had the color of the house and not the window was disappointing and agreeing on whether that work was included or not was challenging. Even when I said I would pay for it the final job was rushed and I expect having to repaint again very soon. On the deck, the wood that needed replacing was not all replaced and the preparation before painting was also only so so, and it looks like something I could have done better myself and really not what I expect from a professional. When I asked about the quality of the job I was advised I could call anytime within 2 years. But I was asking already before they left and it was not something they wanted to fix. Overall disappointed with the quality. They did try to make of for some of the misunderstandings but it was also adding to the total cost of the job. I do not recommend them but not because the painters on the job were not good at what they did but because the end result did not meet my expectations and the painters were instructed to only do X and I asked for Y even as I paid extra to get what I asked for.

Fast, friendly, professional service that did not disappoint. I've already had two neighbors contact me because they were impressed with the end result. I will be contacting this company when we're ready to paint the interior of our home.

Great customer service. Not the least expensive, not the most expensive. Quality is great....did a beautiful job and got it done on time. Provides evidence of licensing, insurance, and bond without being asked. Estimates are detailed and the Project Manager walks through everything with you. Very trustworthy crew and company.
