They did a very nice job and I'm very happy with the quality of the installation. A few days after the installation I notice two tiny dings in the edge of the sink cutouts. I called and they arranged for the guys to come back out and do a touch up repair. Can't tell at all where the nicks were at all now.

The quality of the work was pretty good, I only saw a couple tiles not perfectly straight. The caulking cracked in all locations, especially the kitchen. Had to be removed and redone. The problem I had was that he forgot to finish one wall in the kitchen and refused to come back and do it because of the distance. So, I came up with some other work he could do and he said he would have to charge me $600 because of the distance. This was only about $125 worth of work, but still would have been worth it to him especially since I said it could be done when he was in the area next. He still refused. I said I would have to pay someone else to finish the work he didn't finish since I was out of town and wanted some money back. I already paid him since I was out of town and was told it was finished. He agreed to send me a small refund, but I still haven't received it 4 months later. Would not recommend unless you are near to where he lives.

Estimate: based on square footage included the cement backer board. nicely laid outlater had them come in to put in the baseboard tile and again later put in the back splash.total square footage on the tile was about 300 square feet. for the baseboard tile about 11-12 square feet and the back splash about 12 square feet. I provided all the tiles. Stonecraft provided the cement backer board, adhesives and groutThere were some delays because of delays on my part (I didn't have a fully planned out design) and some from the provider (emergencies) communication mostly by texting after the initial contact
