 + -1 moreI couldn't carry the computer from the car (too heavy) and the young man very kindly carried it in for me. He was very polite and attentive to all the problems I was having with my computer and within 2 days he called and said it was fixed. Same politeness and attentiveness with customer service and once again helped me carry the computer back to my car.
Description of Work: Fixed computer that was not working properly and installed Windows 7.

 + -1 moreThey repaired them the same day. Including parts, the price was very reasonable. One of them only worked for a day before displaying a video problem again, but this was quickly fixed when I took it back in a couple of days later, with no additional charge. Very friendly on the phone and in person.
Description of Work: I had two PCs that would no longer power on, and one of them also had a problem displaying video.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BEEN HONEST AND THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR FOR THE WORK THEY DO. THE REPAIRS THEY MADE AND THE SOFTWARE THEY SUGGESTED ADDING TO PROTECT OUR COMPUTER HAS WORKED LIKE A CHARM. BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY - WE DID HAVE TO WAIT A FEW DAYS LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED. UNFORTUNATELY, WITH ALL OF THE SPYWARE ATTACKS, THEIR SERVICES ARE IN HIGH DEMAND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
Description of Work: WE HAVE TAKEN OUR COMPUTERS IN TO THIS REPAIR SHOP SEVERAL TIMES. MOST RECENTLY TO HELP US REMOVE SPYWARE, VIRUSES & SPAM THAT HAD BROUGHT OUR COMPUTER TO THE BRINK OF COMPLETE FAILURE.
