Molly Maid of Lynnwood

Two ladies showed up on time and went straight to work. My house looks awesome! They even vacuumed under my couch cushions, they did not miss a single area! I am very impressed and will call again! Thank you for the great job and helping me prepare for my little ones arrival :)

I recently started service with Molly Maid of Lynnwood and I can't imagine how I lived without them! I love coming home after a hard day's work to a clean home!

My condo looked better than it did when I moved in! The ladies were very efficient and the office staff was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. I will call Molly Maid of Lynnwood for my next move!

Came on time. Dispatch was communicative. They came a few minutes early with an extra person. All went well. Not as deep of a cleaning as I was expecting. But worth the investment.

Orencia and Mitzi were very professional, brought all their own equipment, and did an excellent job. They were able to get both bathrooms spotless, top to bottom, in the one hour allotted, and also to clean the sliding glass door. I was very pleased with the results.

They were told NOT to use cleansers on our kitchen floor.( a wet swift mop only, which we supplied.) We were told all was written down. They used cleansers on our floor, and now it is not the same..My husband had to redo the floor 4 times !! When I called them they made one excuse after another. Told us it was not written down. We have had the gals come 4 times and , they told us it was written down..except today !! They now tell us it was NOT written down. The girls that came out the first 3 times ALWAYS said it was written down. Now they tell us we had to signed a waiver. The owner NEVER told us that when we asked not to have cleansers on the kitchen floor. I told them NEVER come back.They LIED, to us.To expensive for a 2 bedroom home !!!

They were really good. The people were nice.

Molly Maid may be able to do detailed cleaning in easy regular situations. But I would never hire them for a move-out cleaning or any large scale project that requires them to adjust their work to get the optimal amount of work done in the estimate. I should have guessed that a franchise would have issues. I am sure the hard working people they send to clean are paid 1/3 of what you are charged per hour and the rest is split between the business and as franchise fees for using the Molly Maid name. I was at work my wife was there, but I really hadn't communicated much to her.. I hire "professionals to take care of it" They showed up at the very end of the 2 hour window we were given. I got a call 2.5 hours into the cleaning telling me they were now about to go over the estimate and were just getting to the kitchen. This is the office person, not anyone on site. What? I told them to focus on the kitchens for another hour, I was pretty upset because I knew something was up. In the end I was offered a minor 10% off and given the "We have standards to meet" IE My translation... We clean to our standards because that is all our staff is trained for and the customer should live with it. in 3.5 hours 2 cleaners.. Vacuumed two small bedrooms.. Did a very nice job steam cleaning laminate floors in in three rooms and I am told were down on their hands going after small details. Problem is when I called to hire them I told them the house need to be in broom swept condition.. but I wanted the counters and sinks window sills etc. looking nice. Left behind after 3.5 hours was an entire family room carpet, the dusty small lighting fixture in the ceiling , most of the laundry room some of it not even touched. Nasty under the sink... This is my complaint. For $100 an hour to clean I expect one member of the team to know what the estimate was and assess the job and if something doesn't fit call the office and consult with the customer.. vs call me at the end of the estimated time with half the house not cleaned and the part I most emphasized done LAST" because they always do the kitchen last. " At the rate the cleaned I would have been into them $500+.. for which I had two nice men move a truck load of heavy stuff earlier that week. For simple repetitive cleaning I am sure they are fine.. but for a project cleaning like a move-in or move-out etc. where someone needs to know how to get the most out of the estimated time.. For any thing that requires the cleaners to make judgment calls and set reasonable priorities.. unless you will spend a day there (waiting for them to come, then managing them.). not a good choice.. hire someone who is locally owned and not paying franchise fees who relies on referrals not franchise marketing and has their own pride on the line.. not a brand name)

Everything sparkled when they were finished. Molly Maids did such an excellent job they will be cleaning the house every other week for a cost of $138 per visit which is an excellent price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were awesome; absolutely splendid. They were very thorough and we had no complaints. They did what they said they would do so we were very happy with that. We were not here but I assume they were here. They said they would be here at 8 o'clock and had our key so even though we did not see them my assumption was that they were on time. Everything was clean when we got home. Their home was excellent.

Arrived on time with equipment to clean condo which was empty and ready to sell. They just needed to clean floor of small kitchen and two bathrooms. And vacuum new carpet. Bathrooms were cleaned and kitchen floor and cabinets cleaned.

I purchased 4 hours of house cleaning x 1 person or 2 hours x 2 people. Two women showed up. Immediately it was apparent that we had a language barrier. They wanted to clean our kitchen and 1 bathroom in that two hour period, which I thought was very little cleaning for so much time for two people. We had them clean another 2 smaller bathrooms in that time but it was obvious that the idea was not received well. The work hours were pretty grey areas due to some of their tools they had left at their previous job and they needed to go back to pick them up. It wasn't all that pleasant of an experience. |The issue I find odd (from a marketing standpoint) is that no one called to follow up afterwards to see how we liked the work and whether we would continue with their services. You would think that this would be an integral part of offering a "trial" show of their products and services. I guess they just expect the customer to contact them. Anyway, this is the third time that we've tried hiring cleaners and it seems that language is always the first problem. Trying to communicate what work we would like to have done was frustrating.

Everything went very well, I have outlined all of the details above.

These women were GREAT! They were pleasant, professional and very efficient! They did a wonderful job, and completed everything in the two hours!

The family room was not cleaned at all. Some surfaces in the rest of the house were missed, such as doors, light switches, top of thermostat. Otherwise, the job was satisfactory.

The two housekeepers arrived right on time and already had the list of chores with them. They set right to work and did an excellent job. They finished all the chores on my list and kept working until the two hours were up, finding and taking care of little cleaning details that were not on the list, such as dusting surfaces and cleaning sinks.

Initially I was concerned because when I called to make the appointment there was a push to buy extra time, which I did, because I was told that 4 hours was not enough time to clean the whole house and some things would be omitted. I was having an open house and wanted my house clean and personally had been very busy with work and school as well as nursing a back injury, so unfortunately was dependent on help. The reminder call the day before implied that there may still not be enough time which made me worried that it was going to be an excuse as the house is less than 2000 sq feet, no carpets except on the stairs, no children and fairly clean and clear of clutter. I have to say that I was extremely happy with the job the two ladies did. My sister was visiting from out of town and said they worked constantly, were polite, and they even left me a note which was a nice touch.

They did a good job and got busy and soon as they came in. They worked really hard the whole time that they were here and I was pleased with their service.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was very good. This is the 2nd time that I have contracted with them. I thought I got charged a whole lot more the first time round and the second time, I tried them again because they had a special offer, and two good workers came. I would use them again, if I got a good deal again.

Two people worked for 2 hours. They were timely, they completed the tasks I asked of them. I was happy with the results.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. There were no extra charges. They worked really hard in the 2 hours that I had them. With the promotion, the price was good but without it, it's bad. I would use them again.

They have been with us since 2008. There are a few things I have caught that could be improved, but they do a good job. They scratched our living room table, but I brought it up and they have been more careful. They offer to pay for or replace anything that they damage.

We are regular customers with bi-weekly services performed. They do a good job. They are in and out when they say they will be.

While she was alive I was there and everything was great. After she passed, her widow kept them for a while but his new girlfriend chose not to continue.

It turned out well. They are very friendly. They are very thorough.
