MOBILE POOL & SPA CLEANING

Horrible service. They charged me $150.00 per month for a sum total of 14 minutes of work per month (7 minutes per visit) This equates to just over $10 per minute! I asked their serviceman if, since my pool is so easy to clean and small (12x20) if he could use some time to clean my filter (15 minute job) he agreed but I had to confirm with Vicky in the front office. Vicky said no, I would have to pay another $30 per month if I wanted the once per month 15 minute filter job added. I asked to discuss but was immediately cut-off by Vicky. She said "No negotiation, pay the additional $30 or fire us and cancel your contract." I asked her to be reasonable and consider the numbers and the $10 per minute cost. She said "I'll cancel your contract now." and she cancelled. They seem to think they are the only game in town and we cannot find another pool cleaning service. They are wrong. In fact, they are the last pool cleaning service you should consider. Run, don't walk away from these folks. Unless paying $10 per minute is something you think is reasonable.

The one employee comes out to complete this in about a half hour. They are on time, they complete the work, and it's always done satisfactory. They are the lowest bidder for us. We use them for repairs as well, we've been with them for over twenty years.

The owner was really great. The pool was for culture so they worked with the other company. I like the company because they do what they are suppose to. That takes the worry out of me. Their price was very reasonable.
