Marlon the owner was prompt to come out, measure and give us a free estimate of the work that needed to be done. We didn't have to wait, he started right away. He performed the job in a timely manner, his work was of high quality and very professional. He even finished a day earlier. I would recommend his professional services to everyone one.

Marlon Castellanos came to inspected the leak, performed the fix and cleaned up in a timely manner. He has done a masterful job of identified the cause of the leak, took photos (before and after the fix) where the cause had occurred and making sure I understand where it came from. He also went out of his way to assisted with repainted water marks left on the ceiling from the recent leak. I would highly recommend Marlon and his roofing skills to anyone who need his service. MCS Construction and Roofing did such an amazing job replacing my old leaky cedar shake roof. Marlon the owner was so real and helpful with giving us an alternative to all the big time company sales pitches with quotes that disappointed us. He explained all of the steps needed from tear off of the old shakes to all the new materials needed to do the job per the manufacturer specs. and at an affordable cost. The crew was organized and operated so efficiently, I was surprised at how quickly everything was progressing. They cleaned up each day as they went. It is a fairly large roof with hips and valleys, five skylights and took 36 squares to cover. The recycle dumpster came on a Monday and CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL bundles and new flashing Materials, etc. were delivered Tuesday and the new roof was all completed on Saturday. The job was done with fine workmanship and it all looks so great finished. I recommend MCS without hesitation.

It went awesome! After getting other estimates for as high as $875 and take a week to setup appointments, I called MCS roofing and Carlos was at the house within an hour to take a look. unlike the other roofers he got up on the roof and took a look both inside and out. He found a loose nail, added some sealant reset the nail and tested the fix with a water hose and actual down pour that happened when he was there. No leak and instead of $875 it only costs $50.

Very quick response; called on a Thursday afternoon and they were out first thing Friday morning to fix the leak. Work was done expertly and efficiently and we no longer have the leak. Additional problem areas were identified and patched with caulk.

Everyone else I called either didn't answer or said it would take a week to get us on the schedule. A week with water coming into the house? No thanks. He was here in 20 minutes after the phone call, professional, even got me a video talking about the services he performed. He got it done right away, no hassles. Would hire again.

Fine, but said I needed to replace my roof and quoted me a verbal price. His evaluation was not in line with other estimates. He did do some cleaning of debris, and some patching. Very courteous.

They were extremely efficient. Roof looks great. Had a non rainy day in March they got it done in one day. Super happy!

Repaired all flashing and re-painted the vents. Work timeline was impacted due to the constant rain during February and March. Luckily, he tried again when the rain stopped before mid-day and resumed raining that night.

Marlon was in constant communication throughout the project. He would always call and give a time when the crew would arrive and they arrived at that time. They worked everyday on the project until it was completed. Any problems that were encountered were professionally corrected and the project kept moving forward. All work was professional and complete.

MCS got the materials delivered and then replaced the roof in one day. This was good, because it was about the only dry day in weeks of rain. The next day, everything was cleaned up and the dumpster hauled away. The roof looks great!

MCS did an amazing job. My house has a very steep pitch and had an old leaky roof. Marlon came to our house on a windy/rainy day while my wife and kids were home. He was very considerate and even climbed up on our roof in 30 mph winds to temporarily fix the leak. He then quickly turned around a VERY reasonable quote to do the work, not trying to take advantage of our desperate situation like some other companies tried to do. He and his staff were always very courteous to me and my family and went out of their way to be courteous and to make sure they weren't being an inconvenience. They faced very challenging weather during construction (snow and rain) and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. Marlon came to my house on a Saturday at the end of the job to make sure everything was done correctly. He spent almost 2 hours checking everything to make sure it met his standards and even adjusted a few things and added some flashing to keep water from splashing onto my deck. I will recommend MCS to anyone that is looking for a new roof! A++ work!

I purchased the Angie's list $109.00 roof maintenance package on 2/20/2017. Juan arrived without notifying us.My wife was home and Juan knocked on the front door with news that the roof needed replaced. He showed Anne samples of the shingles on his phone and handed Anne a proposal. The proposal is unclear,it shows two prices $1800.00 or $2,000.00. The proposal is not complete. The proposal did not state how many squares of roofing would be installed or the specific elements of the roof replacement. In revue of the Angie's list package no minor roof repairs were done and in addition there was no inspection for internal leaks not noticeable from the exterior. I contacted the office via phone and spoke with Carla with these concerns on 02/27/2017. I expressed my concerns and was informed that the company would get back to me. As of today there has been no response from MCS. Respond via my email. I am preparing feedback at this time and offering MCS an opportunity to address these concerns before leaving feedback.

Marlon came in to see where the water was coming in, walked around on the roof and said he didn't find a leak but the roof was in bad shape. He took many photos to show me the problems. He went up into my attic to see if water was coming in there. It was not. Finally he found a vent on the side of the house and caulked all around that. He then measured the roof and gave me bids for a new one. I will be starting with him on that in a few weeks.

Great, Marlon did a very professional job repairing our damaged roof. He replaced shingles and flashing that had been damaged by a falling tree branch. Materials and over 1 1/2 hours of labor were included even though the deal was only for minor repairs..
