Shingles were not plaved on tje entore roof. There were about 12 inch of expose roof along 2 sides of the roof, which run about 70 ft. I called MCS and my husband email Angie's list. MCS came back and lay another row of shingle about 3 weeks after that. However, it still does not look quite right. Angie's list email us and refer us to other roofing company to get professtional recommendation. However, Angie's list did not read my husband email properly. Therefore did not quite answer our question, but refer us to other roofing company. We are disappointed with both MCS And Angie's list. The first picture is when he was adding another row of shingle after we called him t0 come back . The second picture is the finished work we recieved.

The job went very well. MCS was professional ,prompt and very clean.

He came and did the repair. It only took him 20 min so that made the "deal" a bit expensive. He came and went right up on the roof and made the repair. i asked him about doing some other work and he said he would get back to me with a bid. i have not heard from him.

I'm managing a townhome property in Seattle and none of the big companies I called were willing to come to look at a leak issue on the roof any time soon, as they were fully booked for the next month or so. A few were not even willing to work on a townhome. Marlon came by on the day/time scheduled and was very helpful, despite the somewhat difficult access to the 4-story roof. He diagnosed the problem, took pictures of problem areas and of the repair work which included patching other spots on the roof as well besides the one I called about. Highly recommend and will be considering to hire in the future for other work.

Marlon was great to work with, originally he repaired my roof a year ago when I couldn't afford a new roof. When I had saved enough money he was my go to person for a new roof. Other roofers refused to do a repair saying they would only do a complete roof for several thousand more than Marlon had quoted. Marlon worked with me to do the repairs to stop the leaking and make the roof work until I could afford a new one. It is nice to know that caring people are still out there! He was more concerned about working with me and my constraints than he was about just getting another roof done. He does quality work at an affordable price.

Great! Marlon came and assessed the problem, got up on the roof and repaired the area that was the problem.

Marlon did an excellent job in replacing some damaged exterior siding trim. He matched the original existing trim and was very thorough. He went the extra mile (for example he caulked some gaps and touched up a trim piece even though they weren't in the original job scope). I highly recommend MCS and Marlon!!!

Completed roof repair on time and under expected cost. Very fair and he knows his stuff. I would hire again for any size roof job.

After assessing the situation he was able to make the repairs immediately, saving me time and worry. Yes I would do it again.

MCS roofing replaced the damaged wood, added new insulation, sheeted over and installed new composite roofing material all in approx. 3 hours. Marlon was very pleasant to work with. He didn't waste any time.

A couple notable things: We fit them into another big remodel. That's sort of a tough situation because it meant coordinating with another contractor. They dealt with that perfectly. Went really smoothly, including the handoff between some inside carpentry for some skylights. Also, the other contractor had a chance to look at their work and he independently pointed out a few places with MCS had gone the extra mile. He was impressed. Finally, the roof looks phenomenal. It was done on time and the they did a great job with clean up too. Highly recommend.

He is kind of a one man show. The home inspector identified some area that needed to be repaired.

Great! Marlon came when he said he would, looked at the roof and gave me an accurate assessment and estimate for repairs. The workers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get it all done in a day when we thought it would take half a week.

They were able to make an appointment quickly, came out on time, and met with our renter and fixed the leak quickly. Will use them again for future rooking needs.

Marlon C, the owner, responded as soon as I put my Angie's List request in and I scheduled him to come a week later. He came in the morning before another job, looked at my inspection report and the issues I had and said he would come back later in the afternoon with shingles (since I did not have any). Later that afternoon he was back and he checked my roof more closely. He removed nails, replaced shingles and took care of the problems that were listed in my inspection report. He also took photos and showed me additional problems with my roof which I will need to address in the future. Marlon was personable and has a good knowledge of roofing. Thank you.

Could not be happier. The crew arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional and completed the job expertly in 2 days using premium materials. Marlon provided before and after pictures and we have had many compliments on our new roof! I have a bathroom project that I will be using them for next. Love how responsive Marlon is. I could count on him to be here when he said he would be.

After interviewing four roofing companies, we decided to go with MCS Roofing. Marlon and his crew were exceptional. They were professional, communicated clearly and often with us throughout the process, thoroughly cleaned up around the exterior of our house when they were finished and the roof looks fantastic. MCS installed a beautiful Presidential roof on our home, for a fair, competitive price in the time frame as promised. Thanks Marlon and team!

I did not use them because I ended up bundling several projects together with various contractors, which ended up giving me a lower overall cost for all the work I needed done. If I were to do just the roof, there is a good chance that I would have hired them.

Marlon responded quickly and came on time. He examined roof and explained that there is cracked flashing and fixed it. Totally good experience. Will hire him for sure for future works.

Seems okay, but still waiting for a good rainstorm to validate that it has been fixed.

MCS provided a great price and delivered and excellent roofing installation with superior visual appeal and a meticulous emphasis to every detail. The work was done very quickly but no short cuts were taken.
